Answer:	Partially assembled. I had to put on seat, handlebars, and wheels. Brakes and gears are installed on frame, but I paid $40 to a neighbor/bike guy to adjust brakes and chains so they didn't slip or squeal.

Answer:	I doubt this bike will fit you. Look at the size of the frame. Should be at least 55-58cm for someone 5'9 and up. They only give you the size of the wheel as 26 inch. Still need to see the size of the frame. Best wishes!
