Answer:	Similar belts are available from Amazon, just make sure they are round and the appropriate length. Personally, I would take the fact that the rubber belt became useless as an indication of the quality of the product. I threw those rollers away and bought a different set.

Answer:	They're flat, but the product rollers do roll easier than say a TracX parabolic. I used a TracX and the parabolic doesn't help much. You have to get used to riding on rollers. I went off the rollers on TracX because of balance and the rollers didn't roll smooth as the Rock Bros Product. Also, if you weigh over 210lbs you need to use high pressure tires (115 psi or higher) to have a smooth workout.
Question:	I have a trek road bike with tires which are 700X32 will this trainer work with the size tires I have on my road bike

Answer:	I am assuming you mean one of the 2 screws in the pivots (where it bends) If you lost only one, remove the other one and take it to Home Depot or Lowe's (or equivalent DIY in your area) and match it up. You may not be able to get a replacement with and Allen head, but that doesn't really matter. Hope this helps

Answer:	I bought it in late 2012, around October, so I'm assuming it's a 2012 model. Yes, it is fold-able.

Answer:	I see no problem in using two different bikes on the rollers. Tire size is the issue and there is no difference between a 27 inch and a 26 inch rear wheel in terms of fitting onto the rear rollers. the only adjustment would be the wheelbase and adjusting the front roller to the front wheel, which is easily done. If you don't already have the rollers I'm selling mine because it doesn't work very well (at least for my purposes) on the standup bike I have - I'd tell you the make but the damn spellcheck won't let me spell it out for you, it's an Ellipti go bike - just run those two words together.Bruce

Answer:	First, I don’t know if front stable bars are made for these rollers. Next my advice to you is to put the rollers in a doorway so you can use the door frame to assist with balance. I have a wall to my right. I place the rollers about 6 to 8 inches from the wall. I place my right hand or elbow on the wall then begin to pedal. Keep your cadence high to medium. The slower the wheels turn the less control I seem to have. Once my wheels pick up speed I remove my hand or elbow from the wall and put my hand on the handlebars. If you lose balance slow or stop pedaling while simultaneously putting your hand on the wall or door frame to regain balance. It will take time to get your balance. It gets easier. I’ve owned these rollers for 6 weeks. I’ve built my confidence up but I still use the rollers beside a wall. I look down at my front wheel mostly. Sometimes I look 3 to 5 feet in front of my wheel. Hang in there. Each time I use these it takes about 5 minutes to “get the feel”. I use that 5 minutes as part of my warmup. I can sprint in my bicycle’s hardest gear when training intensely. I use setting 0 on the mag resistance. Keep at it. Before you know it, you will have mastered using these rollers. I hope this answer helps you. Yay! No more 25 degree Fahrenheit rides with 4 layers.

Answer:	There are three levels, the default one is more than enough, at least from my perspective as an intermediate+ rider. You'll have to get off the bike in order to change the resistance. If you are new to rollers, you will have other things to worry about than the resistance. I purchased this as an upgrade from Kinetic Rock N' Roll, and cannot even look back, this is really FUN to work out on.
