Answer:	You will probably need to get drywall anchors and screws to install them. I have mine installed on the garage walls but you can locate the studs on the wall it will hold it even better.

Question:	I bought the 3 bike system...one of our bikes has 2 inch tires...is there a hook I can buy and use for the larger tires
Answer:	If the 3 bike system is the same as the 5 bike system I had purchased the answer is “no”. You can ask the vendor directly if they have hooks for beach tires. I ended up returning the system and purchased large hooks which I mounted on a board then mounted it on the wall. It works beautifully. Also the hooks are rustproof.

Question:	Does the front wheel strap to stabilize the front tire come with this kit or is it sold separately
Answer:	The strap is included with the kit
Question:	Will it work with a 2.75 in MTB tire
Answer:	I have 2.8in tires on my MTB and it did not work for it. The track is too narrow for the tire to settle in stable.
Question:	Will this wirk for fat tire bikes? I have 4.5” wide tires on my winter ride
Answer:	Definitely not. It doesn’t work with my 2.8” tires.
Question:	Does this work with a rack and basket
Answer:	I don't know what rack you're referring to. The bike sits with the back tire in a metal, "C" shaped, horizontal track, and the front of the bike is raised until it (the Bike) is vertical. The bike stays vertical with the help of an adjustable metal bar that supports the seat stem and a strap that keeps the front tire from moving. I do not have a basket. But, if I did, it would be no problem as long as it is on the front of the bike. A back basket would not work. I like the rack and the additional floor space it provides.

Question:	How high do you need to mount the rack for an average size bike to clear the floor
Answer:	I can't address this directly since I;ve got 700x35 tires -- but I got the "hybrid" CLUG which is rated for 33-42mm tires so I'm also at the lower end of the range. There's a no wobble, as the thing expands to accept the tire and then closes around it. But there's a bit of slop in how the rest of the bike sits on the ground. I've had it for more than six months now and have never had a problem mounting the bike.
Question:	I have a small garage and need space for my car. Can I add this station higher on the wall so the bikes are elevated when on hook so there is space
Answer:	The instructions say not to use it in drywall... only wooden stud, brick, or concrete. There's not much force on it when the bike is hanging there, but if you have thick tires, it seems like it puts a lot of force on the screws when pulling the bike out of the clip.
Question:	What's the best way to keep tires aligned and minimize tire marks on wall
Answer:	I do not recall which size drill bit I used be cause I simply used a bit smaller in diameter than the screw. This method was sufficient for me to screw it into a wall. The main concern is what kind of wall or surface you plan to screw into.
Question:	Are the wall mount brackets adjustable as well? Meaning they slide to the left and right? Just want to mount it to the stud
Answer:	I've had it for a year, haven't noticed any wear on my tires. I would hope you wear your tires out from riding before the sidewalls from the friction of pulling the bike in and out of the clug.

Question:	Do the bikes sway from side to side
Answer:	Hello, it seems that it could due to the areas where there are open sections or holes for adjusting the stand which could allow water to seep inside and rust. It does have a good, thick coating on the outside, but again, it has some areas where water could access. You may be able to maybe use electrical tape to cover those areas once the stand is adjusted for you, just a suggestion. Hope that helps
Question:	If I leave bikes on the rack for a long time, will the wheels get damaged or warped from the weight of the bike pulling on the rim
Answer:	I think these stands maybe secured using standard plumbing hardware.
Question:	Can the wall mount locations adjust to land on the wall studs
Answer:	The one that I purchased over a year ago just holds one bike and it didn't have an adapter. So you will probably need to by adapters.
Question:	What is the recommended height to install the Rack
Answer:	Up and down only sliding the U section like a trombone -- enough to go from 20" to 29".

Question:	Can anyone tell me the clearance between the point of attachment to a joist and the top of the sliding bars / cycle mounts? Is it adjustable at all
Answer:	The top shelves are 7 and a half inches, and the bottom ones are 10 and a quarter inches.
Question:	did anyone else have a hard time attaching the clamps to the pins
Answer:	For the record, the clearance underneath the bottom shelf to the floor is 3". I'm not sure where the 5 1/2" answers came from.

Question:	do you need to screw the bracket for each bike's position or can you slide it back and forth, then leave in position
Answer:	The anchors that came with it would only hold about 20lbs. I bought some different anchors to hold more weight.

Answer:	I would not. You need the support of screws to hold the weight of a bicycle.
Question:	How do i get the wider oversized hooks mentioned to handle up to 5" wide tires
Answer:	No, the hook cannot be changed to the other direction.
Question:	How many hooks does it come with for hanging the bikes
Answer:	Don’t know about that specific weight but I have a large mountain bike that has 29” wheels and it works fine. It comes with 4 screws to attach it to the wall. I attached my screws to the wall stud. I believe that if you do that it should be ok. Hope this helps.

Question:	What is the Warranty
Answer:	Not sure. I've assembled mine next to my yard shed and it has with stood snow and winds.
Question:	How tall is this tent? In the picture and in the top description it says that it's 75.6 inches tall but further down says 68 inches tall. Thank you
Answer:	The tent itself is about 65" the umbrella that sits a few inches above might make up the difference.
Question:	Can i fit a washer and dryer in it
Answer:	I suppose it depends on the size of the washer and dryer. I fit a 72" recumbent bike in it on a bike stand. You might need to fortify the floor by putting it on a pad.
Question:	I have seen reviews saying that there's no instructions. Can you point us to an online instruction manual for this? See the reviews. Thanks
Answer:	Mine did not come with instructions either but it's not hard to put together. The frame rods are already put together with a bungee type cord. Start with one side and slide it through the back frame and then do the same with the front frame. Next the side bars 2 are shorter and 2 are longer. The shorter ones go towards the top and the longer ones on bottom. Then put the top on and secure with the velcro straps. Use the picture as a guide. It will take 2 ppl to move it, not bc it's heavy but bc of moving it with the rods. Very much like putting together a tent.

Question:	I have a mobile home with car port which 2 bike rack would work
Answer:	They are apart ... I think the holes should be align vertical ! I put the ankers and they are coming off easily ...
Question:	I would like to use it as a way to work on bikes too, nothing major just check chains. brakes not taking tires off, would this work
Answer:	The metal is very sturdy. The weight of what it can hold will depend a lot more on how you bolt it in or if you hit a stud etc. Summary: the metal is fine more depends on how you install it. I bought these and they have been great. Also work on my Large Mountain Bike.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the space needed for this rack with bikes on it
Answer:	That all depends upon your wall anchors. The brackets themselves can handle any size and weight bike, so long as you’re not hanging a Harley up there.
Question:	is it still stable when you only have a bike on the top rack
Answer:	I use it without being bolted to the floor. I does slide when the moto is moved in and out of the stand, but it is manageable.

Question:	How far does the stand come from the wall
Answer:	Not far. The top bar has a flat hunk of plastic (an inch or so thick) that must make direct contact with the wall. The legs curve forward a bit, and they probably sit about a foot from the wall, I reckon.
Question:	Will this work on carpet as well
Answer:	I have mine on carpet and it works great.
Question:	We have a shed with an inside side height of 72". Any way this will fit
Answer:	Cut a hole in the roof of your shed.
Question:	Will this work with two bikes with women's frames? The photo shows men's frames - which have the straight bar across instead of the angle
Answer:	Might help to get a horizontal adapter bar for women’s frames. They are used for trailer hitch bike racks. Typically run about $10-$20.

Question:	Would it be possible to put screws into the hooks so that they were permantly mounted and fixed in place on the bar
Answer:	Mine arrived on 2/12/20. The wall mount screw holes are arranged vertically. The top two screws holes are not side by side as shown in the photograph. Mounting a separate board on a stud is not required when these are so arranged.
Question:	Does it work for road bikes as well
Answer:	Hi there, Thank you very much for your question. This Rack can hold bikes up to 22kg / 48.5 lbs weight load. Question:	If I want to get a bike in the middle, do I have to remove the other bikes to the left or right of it before accessing
Answer:	It would not work well. The bike holding arms are on an outer tube that slide over a smaller tube fixed to the mounting bracket. The smaller tube has a spring-loaded button that snaps into one of several holes on the outer tube, allowing you to set the distance of the arms from the wall. If you turn the bracket upside down, the button will no longer engage the holes, and the outer tube (and therefore the arms) will pivot freely, and your bike is likely to spin around and fall off the mount.

Answer:	It’s about 17cm and there are two long straps on the below. They fit my bike perfectly

Answer:	There comes with three velcro straps, the front strap is about 17cm/ 6.7in, the two bottom straps are about 34cm/13.5in and 17cm/ 6.7in. It would fit on many kind of bike frame. You can measure your ebike bar first for checking whether the straps fit. Hope this helps :D
