Question:	How do I return a defective light
Answer:	I don’t know how many lumens for sure but it is much brighter than anything else out there that I have bought recently. I use it on the road because it has exceptional visibility between the red and blue. The white can be a little blinding to others if riding in a group when on the high setting. I highly recommend this light if safety and visibility are your concerns. Simple non slip mounting and angle adjustability.

Answer:	Hi. Each lamp is packed in a plastic box. The weight is about 70 grams (including the box).
Question:	Why does my light keep turning off in the middle of my ride
Answer:	I have used them on the brightest red blue flash setting for up to two hours without running out of power. They are really great. They are the same as ones that cost more and are the same shape. I have both, these and more expensive ones that look the same.

Answer:	They are simply 12-volt lights. They were very easy to install on my 2004 LJ. You might have to cut and splice but even that should not be an issue. The connection plug worked just fine for me..

Answer:	Not seeing exactly what you're trying to do, my guess would be yes. One option is to mount them on the top rail on the frame that goes down on an angle to the rear axle area since they do pivot/rotate to meet that angle and aim at traffic, etc. behind you. The rubber snap loops to adjust to that size of tubing on the frame.

Answer:	Yes, it will work as a standalone light, however, I'm not certain if the brightness and pulse rate change when cars approach when used without a head unit. You can set the light modes (steady on, pulse, blink, etc.) like any other taillight. As to compatible computers - Wahoo just added support for this light on 8/27/19. Obviously, most Garmin head units are compatible as well.
Question:	Is this radar worth anything in NYC? (dense city
Answer:	It also functions as a brake light when you're stopping, and flashes extra when someone is approaching, so there is still merit in increased visibility even in the dense "parking lot trying to imitate streets" that is NYC. And when away from the city, it functions awesome in normal city traffic and then out into more rural traffic.
Question:	How does it behave when you a riding in groups and you have riders behind you
Answer:	I'm a big guy and a few times on rides we have intentionally tried to trigger the radar by riding up fast and close to the bike with the radar. It is pretty rare that it thought we were a car and beeped. We have also tried riding close to block the signal and it always seem to see the cars. If you were in front of 20-30 rider group, it might not alert you.

Answer:	With an imperfect ruler--1/2 inch wide; 3 inches long 5 inches if you include the hook and the base of the light.
Question:	Can this slide onto a saddle bag without using the rubber mounting band? In other words, does it have something similar to a belt clip
Answer:	They will work on anything you can mount it on. Mounts with a clip or a strap.
Question:	Could these be mounted on seat stays
Answer:	About 45-50 hours, maybe more. I run my lights on constant mode 45 minutes daily for my morning bicycle commute, change batteries about every 10-12 weeks (voltage usually about 1.22 per alkaline battery or so when I change them. The lights dim at about 1.25 volts.) The batteries are very easy to change, easy to open the light and remove and replace, takes about 10 seconds and no tools. I use 4 tail lights on my saddlebags, cars avoid me. Be safe, be highly visible, use at least two lights. I bought other lights, but I prefer these and use them exclusively now for my tail lights.
Question:	How wide is the rubber strap
Answer:	AAA. All of these small lights that i have seen use AAAs. The battery life with LEDs is extended by using the blink setting as opposed to the constant on setting, but is pretty impressive either way. Unless you're planning on a bike trip across the Gobi Desert without spares, I wouldn't worry about the difference between AA and AAA.

Answer:	Doubtful. It doesn't cover all of my mountain bile.
Question:	Is it water proof
Answer:	Having never been near a beach, I have no real idea how big a beach towel is. I am confident a large bath towel would fit inside fine, but I cannot say for sure about a “beach” towel.
Question:	what is the output of these lights in lumens
Answer:	In my opinion, only the very smallest laptop would fit inside the bag; at an angle. Something like a large tablet would fit fine.
Question:	how long does the charge last
Answer:	The shoulder strap is for using the bag like a backpack....I threw mine out because I only leave the bag on the bike.

Question:	I've been using the product well but the headlight mounting stand has been broken. The headlight is fine. Is there any way to subsitute the holder
Answer:	That's a great question as I've also experienced that the straps to NOT last as long as the lights. I am otherwise so pleased with these lights that I have given them to my biking friends as gifts, and I was pleased to see that this seller includes two sets of straps. However, I've been forced to use rubber bands on my own bike. I would also love to be able to purchase replacement straps.
Question:	How far does the light shine
Answer:	I just had mine stop working from getting caught in a storm. Front light got water stuck in it and the system inside corroded.
Question:	Is it possible to aim the headlight down after install? I don't want to blind everyone in front of me
Answer:	Beware of fake answers. The more expensive version of these by "Cycle Torch" (amazon id B01N2HZV9U) are 20 lumens for front and 10 for rear light. so these must be about same or less bright.

Answer:	I've used them for long rides (STP Seattle to Portland 100 two days in a row) I charged them at night but they never died, so essentially lasted at least 8 hours. I've yet to have them die on me on a ride. I haven't tested the theory of how long they last exactly, but I am incredibly happy with these, they are way better than any other light I've purchased.

Answer:	Not head tube, but you can on the handlebars.

Answer:	two, three days on single charge. Don't know how long it takes to charge. I really like it. It's nice not bothering with batteries.

Answer:	The light is approximately 1.25 inches in diameterThe rest lens is approximately 0.75 inches

Answer:	No it has a rubber band that foes around a bicycle bar. I utilize it on a golf cart.
