Answer:	I don't have flat feet, but these shoes are not too high at the arch, it's very minimum. I find them a bit low towards the heel but it's just a matter of getting used to them. I find them very comfortable even though I have wide feet and they're regular width.

Answer:	I can't find any replacement straps, however, I've found a quick fix that works "alright". If you're not riding on anything too bumpy, this should work fine: 1) Cut the remaining ends of the strap, leaving only the rubber that fits directly under the clamp, 2) Take a hair tie, twist into a figure 8 and overlap the ends to create tension (just like you would for your hair), 3) Fix the ends of the hair tie into the hooks on the light, and around the handle bars. Thatll do the trick... or buy a better freaking light 😔

Answer:	In my opinion, at the very least they "appear to be weather resistant". They have a rubber seal where the lights connect to the housing and the rubber power button looks like it was designed to protect from water. I've exposed mine to light drizzle without any incident. Solid light that won't fall off your frame.

Answer:	To change the batteries in the headlight you have to remove the top by sliding it backwards while on the bike. It may take a little jiggling but it will come loose and then you have access to the batteries. On the tail lamp flip its super easy. Pull the rear of the light upward and it will dislodge from the housing. This takes AAA batteries.

Answer:	You have to just keep clicking through...there are like 5 or 6 ways it blinks that you have to cycle through when you click the button...one time when you click it, it will be to turn it off.

Question:	I've been using the product well but the headlight mounting stand has been broken. The headlight is fine. Is there any way to subsitute the holder
Answer:	That's a great question as I've also experienced that the straps to NOT last as long as the lights. I am otherwise so pleased with these lights that I have given them to my biking friends as gifts, and I was pleased to see that this seller includes two sets of straps. However, I've been forced to use rubber bands on my own bike. I would also love to be able to purchase replacement straps.

Answer:	I just had mine stop working from getting caught in a storm. Front light got water stuck in it and the system inside corroded.

Answer:	Beware of fake answers. The more expensive version of these by "Cycle Torch" (amazon id B01N2HZV9U) are 20 lumens for front and 10 for rear light. so these must be about same or less bright.

Answer:	I've used them for long rides (STP Seattle to Portland 100 two days in a row) I charged them at night but they never died, so essentially lasted at least 8 hours. I've yet to have them die on me on a ride. I haven't tested the theory of how long they last exactly, but I am incredibly happy with these, they are way better than any other light I've purchased.
