Answer:	Having never been near a beach, I have no real idea how big a beach towel is. I am confident a large bath towel would fit inside fine, but I cannot say for sure about a “beach” towel.

Answer:	I agree that you should check to make sure the tire/rim are installed correctly. Does the tire/rim spin easily when not being powered? Try suspending the tire/rim and spin it by hand and with power. It might be possible that the motor has bearing issues, but I am only guessing.

The lights and remote have been paired in factory. Long press the tail light IO button until the LED lights flash, then press the remote button to re-pair.

Answer:	Not seeing exactly what you're trying to do, my guess would be yes. One option is to mount them on the top rail on the frame that goes down on an angle to the rear axle area since they do pivot/rotate to meet that angle and aim at traffic, etc. behind you. The rubber snap loops to adjust to that size of tubing on the frame.

Answer:	They project the fifty feet required by some jurisdictions. I have used many different types of lights. My most expensive lights are too bright to leave them level. I have to angle them down to avoid drivers flashing their high beams at me. I can leave these lights horizontal because they are bright but not too bright. A must in my urban New York environment!
