Question:	Is the 5.9 x 8mm coiled or not? Does it easily stretch out
Answer:	The natural position for the cable is coiled. I would guess, the force needed to stretch is less then 2 lbs. When I use it to lock my bike, the coil easily stretches and returns back to it natural position. I usually run the cable between the spokes and frame. I have no fear of damage to the spokes.

Answer:	I bought the 8-pack, but it actually was NOT one pack with 8 locks, but rather it was two 4-packs. This matters because the keys in a pack open the locks in a pack. Since we have two packs we now have to find a way to distinguish which keys go to which locks since they all look alike.

Answer:	Thank you for your question, the shackle height is 0.6”, diameter of the shack is 0.11”, this is a very small lock. I don’t think this will work on big cases. Our 4 digit combination lock has the longest shackle. I recommend that you take a look at this one. Thank you!
