Answer:	I don't remember exactly, but it wasn't difficult. Either you turn the inside ring, or pull a lever, not sure. After you take the lock out, look at the inner ring before the dials. You change it, then put in your combination, then put it back? Hope this is some help before a better answer comes along.

Answer:	Hello, for safety, each bike lock corresponds to only 2 keys, other keys cannot open the bicycle lock, thank you
Question:	I lost my keys. Can I purchase just a key? Help
Answer:	I own two of these locks but the keys are not interchangeable.
Question:	How does the locking system work
Answer:	Lock is in the metal T bar. When you unlock it, the center of the lock pops up like a button, releasing the one side. To relock, push the side released back in and hold, while pushing the button down. It's actually really easy to use and easier to manage. Also appears difficult to break/bypass for theft.
