Question:	I bought a 20" bike from toys r us for my daughter as well as bell training wheels. the axle isn't long enough to attach. will your set work
Answer:	There are axle bolt extenders that you screw on, but they come undone, not recommended. I had to take my kid's bike to a small local bike shop and have them replace the original axle bolt with a longer one that allowed the training wheels to be attached. Cost me 20, 10 for the bolt, 10 for labor. The training wheels themselves are very sturdy and fit snug tight, they're worth the hassle.

Answer:	Yes, if you're referring to the extension nuts that allow the wheels to be mounted out further from the frame.

Answer:	If your rear wheel is held in place with a nut and bolt, then yes this balancing wheel will work. If your rear wheel is a detach quick release then you probably won't be able to attach this balancing wheel to your bike.

Answer:	I have to tell you, I am a 77 year old grandma, who has worked on many, many bikes, FOR KIDS. My experience has all been just that...knowledge learned by experience. I do not repair geared bikes, simply because we had no gears in my childhood days. I just installed these heavy duty training wheels on a 26" Huffy Bicycle. In order to attach the stabilizer arm, I had to remove the chain guard and hacksaw off the little tab where the chain guard had been attached to the frame. I also had to remove the back fender (so I also removed the front fender...for looks) I am not familiar with the derailer placement...it could possibly stop the installation. My suggestion is to step into a bike shop and ask the experts. I think they would know for sure. With this 26" bike, I feel there is a little too much space between the training wheel and the ground for what I need. The child I want to ride this bike is handicapped, and I believe the wobble will scare here. But, to lower the training wheels any more, causes them to ride on the ground, therefore, too often the tire itself would not be riding on the ground. I love how heavy duty these are, but I think they might have been made for a European bike, not our American made bikes...

Answer:	These wheels are pretty sturdy, so you can use them as a permanent install to make a bike safe for someone who cannot ride or balance a bike. The only thing I would point out is that you cannot go very fast on a turn with these wheels when they are set low, since you cannot lean the bike like a normal rider would. So, anyone using a bike fitted with these wheels needs to be able to slow down the bike to a very slow rate when turning it, or they will likely have the bike go down.
