Answer:	You can place it anywhere you like. We bought ours to use with our camper but it could easily be used around the house if that is your preference.

Answer:	Yes, you should be able to. I am a 75 year old female myself and like the tent because I can manage it by myself. If you have balance issues, you should be careful, because it flips open with a bit of force, and then you have to pop out the sides and lift it into place. Not heavy, just a little awkward.

Question:	is it really easy to set this tent up
Answer:	for us, it's two person job. sometimes it goes up easy, but other times a raised hub comes down when one tries to raise the second. it's relatively easy, but not as easy as other 8 person tent. coleman 8 person is easy with one person, i would not be able to pitch core 13 person alone. i'm with helping hands, it's easy!

Answer:	Hello, thank you for your interest in CORE! A standard king size mattress (76" x 80") will be able to fit. We recommend placing a rubber mat underneath the mattress to prevent it from sliding and damaging the tent floor and a footprint the size of the tent to not allow water to gather. Answer:	This tent is very durable. I go motorcycle riding all the time and I am in and out of this tent in full gear and have not had any damage to it.
