Question:	Can one small woman open and close this within 2 minutes while her twin five year olds impatiently wait? Thanks
Answer:	I am 5' tall and 65. I can pit the tent up in 2 minutes. I did tead the instructions in advance and practiced opening at home first. Folding the tent down is easy too. It takes a little extra time to put it back in the sack carrying case. I found it gets quicker each time. I think at 5 years old, they will most likely just like watching you pop tent up with no issue. I assembled the tent with my 3 yr. Old granddaughter and 19 month old granddaughter. I had to be careful the little one didn't take off. I carry pretzel rods and make them sit on a beach towel. They get anxious to climb in the tent as soon as it is up. They love the beach yent and the windows with the mesh screens that can be shut. Enjoy....and take a snack for the kids while you set up. It does not take any strength. Just an understanding of how the joints bend.

Answer:	It is easy to set up however you should have 2 people to do. I don't keep the top attached just to protect it when frame is folded. Unit is strong.

Answer:	it would be very difficult... we usually have 4 people minimum...6 even better.. i do like it, the way it looks, but does require more people to handle. using 2 of the 10x10's in the same style are nice and you might be able to open it by yourself, but at least 2 PEOPLE is even better there.

Answer:	My replacement was for a EZ Up brand. Mine has a center pole that tightens the top like a circus tent. Mine was a 10x10 and was good value but I felt the edges good have been a little longer as I had to stretch quite a bit and it still didn't fully cover the frame sides.

1. Lay the Sun Shelter flat, make sure poles are fully extended and spread out. With both hands, pull top two strings upward.

2.Continue to pull the two cords up and out until the hubs come close together.

4.After it's locked in place, stake out the corners and guylines for added stability.

Answer:	It’s like a large Umbrella but at least 3 x as thick. I found it very difficult to set up and nearly impossible to fold up and put back in the bag. If you get it, I hope you have better luck than I did.

Answer:	I don't see anything on the label indicating that it has been pasteurized. However, I'm sure the manufacturer has used some process to exclude contaminants, since it appears clean in my opinion - no hairs or other visible dirt. My nose is not offended by the mild scent. It has a very thick texture and a translucent golden color, maybe a shade darker than A & D ointment if you are familiar with that product. I use this lanolin mainly on my hands in winter time here in Pennsylvania where the cold dry winter air can do a real number on skin. Today when I go outside to shovel about a zillion feet of snow in the howling wind, I will use some on my face as well as on my hands to protect against the drying effects of said howling wind. For this purpose it is excellent. I've been using it a little over a year now with no ill effects. I don't see that it is labeled for use as a food and I would not recommend ingesting it.

Question:	does it stay sturdy in the rain and keeps water out
Answer:	This offers only minimal rain protection. Fine for light rain, certainly better than nothing, but it is not really made for rain protection. The Nylon material is pretty thin and the windows are angled in a way that would let in the water. I suspect that with sustained rain will drip through the seams and windows and you'd be sitting in a puddle. If you live somewhere rainy I this isn't the best option.
Question:	How do I fold back the tent
Answer:	We folded the back into a figure eight and then folded it in half and then half again to fit it back into the bag. It works great and I’m sure there might be other ways to fold it up so try it! It’s worth it!

Answer:	There is a peak that makes it feel tall. There are three leg adjustments so you can adjust the height. Plenty tall and the peak is another 2 feet I think.
Question:	Do you have to remove canopy when taking down? Or can it be stored with canopy on
Answer:	You can leave the canopy on, but it won’t last as long as if you remove it every time you fold the frame. With any of the folding tents, the canopy tends to get in between the metal members of the frame when you close it and can be cut (especially if the canopy is thin, thicker commercial grade canopies will last longer but they will end up with cuts also). I never take the canopy down when I close the tent with commercial grade canopy and it lasts me about three-five years using it once a week. A thin/lighter grade canopy like this one will probably last me two years because I don’t want to take the extra time totskd if down and put it back on every time I use it. This company offers thicker grade canopy as well.

Answer:	Good question. It stands up to pretty tough winds. I have all 4 corners tied down and it hold well. When its VERY windy.. i bring the tent down to its lowest height and still use the tie downs on the 4 corners. As far as the canopy for holding water...my first canopy (original) worked great. Lasted 2 years and was still in very good shape but i wanted a new one, so i kept the base and ordered a replacement. Honestly, for some reason, and not sure if i had it tight enough, it held water and eventually stretched. After many rainfalls i am going to need a new cover.

Question:	the picture looks like it is white on the inside, is that true or does it have "A waterproof silver-coated inner cover made of 210D Oxford fabric
Answer:	Tent is white on the outside (nylon I'm guessing) and the inside has a slight silver tint, but it reads as white. So the best of both worlds. Also, I just got back from an outdoor venue (10 minutes ago) with 20mph winds (gust to 40) and it was 94° high humidity (Virginia) and I was cool and my tent didn't collapse like the two guys next to me. Their frame bend and they had to finish out the event with no cover. Also, I do my events alone, 54 year old grandma and a lame arm, and I can wrangle and erect this one easily. I put cement weights on the bottom of each leg tho. I guess you can tell I love this tent. My last tent I used once and sold in a yard sale because it was too heavy and too hard to erect for me.

Answer:	I would say, yes. If it is any wind you may want to purchase tents weights, normally running around $15 for a set of 4. They velcro to the legs to add weight in the event its windy

Answer:	This tent isn't ANYTHING resistant--wind, rain, sun. . . so I doubt it's fire resistant. Biggest piece of junk we've bought in a while.

Answer:	Amazon offers a 80 lb weight set design to fit around the legs. Each weight is 20 lbs.

Answer:	I use mine for the same reason when deer hunting. Don't forget that you need some height so you can fuel up the generator. As other people have said the lowest leg setting makes the canopy about 2 feet off of the ground. Definitely put weights on the leg feet or it will blow over.

Answer:	You will want to use staked. The wind will just carry it away. I didn't like this model. Lasted one season and it tore. It was hard to set up too. I converted to the Coleman dome 12X12.
Question:	how does it hold up in heavy wind
Answer:	I have had my original Coleman 13x13 for at least 6 years, and had it up in approximately 30 mph winds. I had staked it well, and it held up fine! I am convinced the canopy vent keeps it from flying away in the wind. I am purchasing my second canopy to cover the other half of my patio for a BBQ party.
Question:	Does this canopy hold up well at the beach? We will be on an island and the windy is very gusty at times
Answer:	Had it in use on a Florida beach for several years with no issues. Bury each leg in the sand one foot deep (lower sure, but still very comfortable) and then I drilled each leg another foot up each leg and added a sandbag that my wife made if needed - just weren’t very often. Awesome tent, heavy, but if you want it to stand up to wind that’s what it takes.
Question:	Does the roof vent actually help it to feel cooler under the canopy
Answer:	Yes, in a side by side comparison, this canopy feels cooler. Also like others have said, it allows wind to go through it instead of taking off like a sail. Another great feature is that we have camped in the rain and were able to place the canopy over a fire pit (with a modest fire) and stay warm and dry while the smoke was able to escape through the vent
