Answer:	I didn’t measure the height of the net and it’s put away now but it goes down to the shoulders and it goes over the hat. It is a great product and I got no mosquito bites on my face or neck and I didn’t put any mosquito repellent on that that area

Answer:	I suppose it depends on whether you wash it or not. The real protection is the netting anyway. and put on with a ball cap, it keeps it far enough away from your skin that you should be safe.

Answer:	Yes. I am tall and used a bucket hat like in the picture and it fit and worked fine. Like another reviewer I use mine to do irrigation and for the first several uses it worked great. Unfortunately the seam split. The mosquitoes get in easily now. I bought other brands to use in South Africa and they were so short they never worked. Good luck.

Answer:	I've had the clear case for 10 months and it's separating from the phone (same as reported by other reviewers) as well as yellowing. I'm starting the process to return via the 1 year warranty and will report back.

Answer:	They fit with PLENTY of room over a cowboy style hat with a 6” brim. The mesh comes down to my chest easily over that type of hat. The top round, flat part that rests on the top of your head/hat it 7” in diameter. The length from top to bottom is 20”, and the bottom that goes across your shoulders with the draw string is 20” (which is half of the circumference) when laid flat.

Answer:	If it's not a tall one, I would say yes. Just meassure the hight of the bunk bed and compare it with the mosquito net (remember to leave a couple inches). The bottom is pretty wide. It's a great product.

Question:	What are the dimensions of the fiberglass poles
Answer:	The poles are two continuous fiberglass loops. It can be folded down to a 21" disc.
Question:	How does it react to rain
Answer:	It's all-mesh to protect from bugs, not rain. But there is a matching rainfly available separately.
Question:	Is there a mat thay can fit inside gor comfort. I eill be sleeping on a flat roof
Answer:	This tent doesn't come with a mat; however, if placed on a mat it sleeps well. If you have a mat that is slender in size, you may be able to slip it into your tent. I personal sat my tent on top of a mat.
Question:	How tall is this? How much headroom when u are sitting in it? Do u have ti sit hunched over
Answer:	It is tall enough to be able to sit upright inside. It works awesome when camping and don't want to set up bug netting.

Product features

So... what's the deal with folding this contraption???

Folding the SansBug is not intuitive. The paper instruction manual is only supplementary. The demo video is crucial without which you will likely want to cut the net into pieces and burn it.

Even if you are a rocket scientist, you still need to watch the demo video multiple times. No shortcuts with this one! You can get the hang of it for one summer and you’ll think you got it down but you DO need to watch the video AGAIN the following year BEFORE going to camp (there might not be WiFi).

Ummm... it looks kinda big. Are you sure it can fit on top of a cot?

Yes, the 1-person net will lay squarely on a cot with some overhang. The SansBug is wide enough so that you can comfortably sleep without fear of touching the sides and being bit through the mesh. Therefore, there will be some overhang when you lay it on a cot. This is actually a good thing – the further the netting is away from you, the better for you!

Will the 1-person mosquito net fit in the platform tents at summer camp?

Lots of summer camps like Rodney Scout Reservation and Camp Read have platform tents that are wide enough to fit two 1-person SansBugs with sufficient space in between them. For tents that are narrow, we suggest positioning the cots perpendicularly (rotate 90°) so the slope of the SansBug aligns with the slope of the canvas wall tent. This position may be a better fit.

Tarp or Poly?

Some users mentioned that the tarp makes noise when you move in your sleep, so we came up with a 1-person poly floor version. The poly is softer, lighter and not as bulky as the tarp. So if you’re using the net to lay on a smooth and soft surface, like a (air-)mattress or carpet, then you should go with the poly floor. But if you’re using the net to lay on a camping cot or on the ground, then get the tarp which is more durable. You could also use the poly floor outdoors but make sure you use a groundsheet underneath (the groundsheet is always a good idea even with the tarp floor as it is easier to replace a groundsheet than to replace a sewn-in floor). Otherwise, both 1-person nets are identical.

SansBug or....?
