Answer:	I don't have paperwork anymore, but my husband (about 225 lbs) loves it because it is wider than a typical foam pad, stores easily, and is very comfortable. Glad we got it.
Question:	A few reviewers mention the pads separating. Is there anything holding the 3 pads together? Can you feel the gaps/ folds when you sleep on it
Answer:	I would not suggest this for a long term every night use. It does flatten after a while. On mine, the zipper cover broke, and it may be contributing to the fact that the seems are very noticeable when flattened out and you happen to lay on one the wrong way. I was not pleased with this purchase but never received a response from the seller to my inquiries.
Question:	Can I use a twin size fitted sheet to put over the mattress
Answer:	We bought two in June and the odor was very strong. We din't have the heart to throw them in the dumpster so took a chance, took out the foam pieces from the cover and washed them in our bath tub with a soap solution. I know!! Sounds Crazy. Right? After rinsing thoroughly it took more than two weeks fro them to dry in the sun. I am not kidding. It was hot in the mid-west in June and yet it took full two weeks for the foam to dry completely. The odor is completely gone now after all the hard work but we can vouch for the quality. It's superb.

Answer:	There are 2 valves, one is to let air out, make sure it is closed tight. The other valve, circle shaped, needs opened until it’s about the size of a quarter, it has a small pillow shape around it. With that valve open press down on the pillow with your feet or hands. You will hear the air entering the mattress on the release of the smooshy pillow. It takes awhile. I found it most comfortable to sit in a chair and use my feet to inflate it. If it looses air make sure the 2 valves are closed. Hope this helps

Answer:	There is no mention of this in the pamphlet that came with the mat. This is a gift so I could not open the bag it came in.

Answer:	Rugged camp does not appear to have had the product officially tested. As R value is a measure of insulative value equivalent to 1” of stagnant air and the product is two inches thick with an uncomplicated baffle structure without inter-baffle media it can be assumed that the R value is no less than R-2 and not better than R-3. Equivalent to a tested two season pad. Late spring, all of summer and early fall.

Answer:	Sorry this was purchased as a gift. It was something she researched and wanted.
Question:	How do you deflate this all the way so it fits back in the bag
Answer:	There's a plug that you remove for deflating the air mattress. It was stuck in the mattress pretty well and it took some doing to pull it out. Next time I use it, I will put some type of oil (3M) on it for easier removal. Overall, it's good.
