Answer:	Depends on your charger. It’s a 4.0A Battery and comes with a 0.750A/hr charger. You aren’t suppose to store these batteries over 80%, so I assume they won’t ship full and all rechargeable battery self discharge over time, so with a slight discharge from that from storage, it should take a bit over an hour to reach 100% From full discharge, the included charger should take about 6 hours or so. Personally, I use a better multi battery charger that has percent of charge indicator.

Answer:	I have both the Gen 1 and Gen 2 version. The Gen 1 stays cool on high (didn't go over about 95f), but it does have a stepdown. The Gen 2 when on high and out of the water climbed to 125f within 2-3 minutes, which is pretty uncomfortable to hold.

The small lump you might feel at the top of the bag is actually its brain. I think 7-keto fr various manufacturers are essentially the same chemical compound. The performance or review for 7-keto seems to show mixed pattern..i think in part, this is due to (as what ive stated in my original review) the bacteria or gut microbiome one has in the tummy. However, my experience with NOW 7-keto lean gels was good, including NOW 7-keto 100mg veggie caps version. I cannot say how other brands perform..also, no one knows the QC for the product as this is not usually attached. I can only say NOW brand seems to performed well for me
