Answer:	I used it on a plane. It fit well as long as it was only inflated a little as per the directions. It provided plenty of support.

Question:	How do you clean it
Answer:	FFor the ALUFT comfort pillow or the ALUFT neck pillow, please use a damp towel to wipe clean the surface and let it air dry. A mind soap would work, but not chemical detergent. What we often do is to put it in a t-shirt as a pillow cover and sleep on it. This prevent it from getting dirty. (for such tips, see the video in the listing). The ALUFT Deluxe pillow comes with a machine washable pillow case. Please don't wash the inner pillow, but only wash the pillow case.

Answer:	Never had to clean it so far but I'm sure you could close the valve and put it on the washer.

Answer:	I purchased a large. I would not recommend this size for backpacking. It takes up a lot of space. Almost the size of a sleeping bag.

Answer:	No way this is 5 inches thick, it is barely 4 inches thick. I refer to the small (reported to be 12" x 16", but which is really 11" x 15"). I was disappointed that it was smaller than reported. Still useful as a very small backpacking pillow, but that is not what I bought it for....
Question:	Is it supposed to be lumpy
Answer:	It's slightly lumpy because they use foam pieces for filling. Once you fluff it up you don't even notice it. I used it on a trip out west and I loved it.

Answer:	It is about the size of a large canteloupe or a small kid's basketball.

Answer:	I'd say 6 months to whenever they can start walking well. Once my son started walking, we had to put it up because he kept throwing it. It is definitely not meant to be thrown! However, if your child does not throw it, the activities could certainly be appropriate for older ages, maybe 18 months or so.

Question:	Would it be sturdy enough to sit on? I weigh about 150 lbs
Answer:	I would either use it to lean on or sleep on. I feel it might pop if you sit on it for too long.
Question:	Is this pillow somewhat flat when inflated so I can stack two? I need to place them under my knees while sleeping on my back
Answer:	It is almost completely flat on the inflator port side and just slightly concave on the diamond pattern side. I doubt that one could find a flatter inflatable pillow.
Question:	I must be an idiot... how do you inflate this thing
Answer:	Pull off valve cover. Place mouth over opening and blow. Inner flap cover prevents air from escaping, but will open to inside when you are inflating. It only takes a few puffs to inflate. And, you’re not an idiot! It’s usual to find a tube to blow into, so having a flat opening to blow into is unusual, but it’s easy. Good luck. I love mine.
Question:	Is this pillow really machine washable? Reviews say not but description says it is
Answer:	Yes, the pillow is machine washable. Simply deflate and make sure the air valve hole is closed securely, then hand or machine wash on delicate and air dry.
