Answer:	This cleaner does not have enzymatic properties because enzymes will be destroyed during the carpet cleaning process (the machine). Answer:	This product worked great on heavy traffic areas and other small stains on the carpets. I was even able to remove black eyeliner from the carpet. I did not buy this product because I had problems with pet stains, I wanted something different. It worked better than any of the other carpet cleaners I have tried in the past. It worked great and I will not go back to the others.

Answer:	I would be more worried about the filter of this vacuum, it was not designed to filter mold spores. I would think if it sucks them up it may spit them back out in your room if filter doesn't catch them.

Answer:	Actual changing sureface with standard changing pad pad is 31" off the floor. It's a comfortable counter-height set-up for me at 6'3". I found this piece of furniture to be of quality materials, design and finish--and I do woodworking as a hobby. Answer:	DO NOT USE ON TODDLERS unsupervised! and seniors with thin more fragile skin. If you are thinking about using them for a age group with thin or tender skin like a toddler or senior, put them in a Pot Holder pouch, this reduces chances of burning, check often, if the skin turns pink, remove as the product needs more padding. It's to hot for that person with out more padding. Each of the different products they make rise to a different heat level. The large 18 hr one reaches up to 140 degrees, and can blister unprotected skin. I use the small hand ones, but I still put them in a Pot Holder pouch. Which in turn I pin in place over the area of my lumbar that hurts, and I can't get fixed. It's like having a 24 hr heating pad. If I didn't use the Hot Hands I would not be mobile, as it reduces the pain level. The smaller hand size do not get as hot as the larger ones. Not tried the ones for feet or that stick to your skin. As a senior, my skin is fragile, so I steer clear of anything that adheres to my skin. Hope my experience with Hot Hands has helped answer your questions. They are safe to use, read the directions though. Be aware of the fragility of the skin of the person who is using them. I can handle the small ones with out padding for a short while with my hands, but to put it on the more tender skin of my back, I use the Pot Holder to mute the heat to a lower level, which makes it just like low on a heating pad that you plug in. The key is the person's skin fragility, because even on low a plug in heating pad can burn a person. Which is why the newer ones have a 2 hr timer in them.If they are going into mittens, you could wrap them in some thing like a wash cloth to mute the amount of heat. Keep checking at area, if it is pink it is going into the burn phase.

It can become a missile. Use the proper mock point pliers not regular pliers. Measure carefully before you put one on. If you’re tuning a bow and expect to adjust the mock point, learn to make a tie-on mock point with serving twine.

One of mine does seem to last longer than the other but overall very satisfied with both units. I don’t know why yours isn’t lasting longer. Question:	What is inside the warmer that makes the old used different than a new one? Can you DIY fix it somehow
Answer:	By looking at the picture of the new one, it hasn't changed much, but looks as if it will breathe a bit better at the top.The old ones were more stuffed at the top. DIY fixing is spotty. I use mine (2 of them) like crazy in the cold, and I go through the "filaments" once a year. There is a noticeable difference between new ones and old ones. It's not that the old (used) ones won't work at all, just poorly.

Answer:	Hi Joe! Thanks for your question. The only difference is the packaging. The older version was packaged in a plastic clamshell packaging, and the new version is packaged in a much slimmer plastic packaging inside a box, which looks much more presentable. The warmer itself and the accessories are still exactly the same. Both older versions and the new version are 12-hour, and there is now also a new smaller version that works for 6 hours.
Question:	I may sound like an idiot, but how do you use it? It seems like an open flame would burn you
Answer:	I bought several of these for family members. My husband uses his often and really likes it. There is no flame because the warmer uses a catalytic burner (no flame). If you over fill the warmer it will have a small flame until the excess lighter fluid is burned off. It also takes longer to ignite it the first time you use it. Use the plastic measuring container that is included, do not over fill it, and do not spill the lighter fluid on the outside of the warmer. If you do sill any lighter fluid it will evaporate quickly. My husband keeps his in his pocket all day and sometimes into the evening, at least 8 to 10 hours, and it is a low heat and never burns or causes any concern for him.

Answer:	No, there is a fiber type material that soaks up the lighter fluid...you light the filament and it burns from the fumes. I've put mine in my coat pocket "upside" down with no problems at all.
