Answer:	I found the instruction confusing also. What seems to work for me: Make sur batteries are charged. Put on socks. Turn batteries on by holding the on/off button until 4 green lights appear on the battery. Do this for each one. Plug the socks into the battery and push down into the pocket on each sock. Finally, push the round button on the remote until a red light appears which indicates high level. Push this button again and green light goes on indicating medium level of heat. A third push causes a blue light which is the lowest level. This can be done to both socks at once by holding the remote between the two socks. Takes a bit of time for them to warm up but not too much. Hope this helps!

Answer:	yes, you can wear the heated socks with ski boots.
Question:	are the toes heated, or only farther back in the foot
Answer:	as far as I can tell, the toes are not heated. The heating pad is on the bottom of each sock, which covers about 50-60% of the surface area of the bottom of the sock. It is positioned further forward on the socks, but does not cover the toes.

Answer:	Hello, i am the seller, the heated socks come with Laundry bag, so you can wash machine, but you also can hand wash.
