Answer:	Nope! Sand slides right off! I took these towels to Hawaii recently and they are so convenient to carry everywhere. I snapped the case on my bag when we went on a boat to go snorkeling. It is absorbent as long as you don’t expect fluffy because it’s not that kind of towel. It has a suede like feel. I also really love that it doesn’t mildew because I did not want to waste my time doing laundry. You just hang it up and it dries quickly!

Answer:	Hi! The hang-loop is located in the middle of one of the long sides (72" side). It's located there, as opposed to a corner, so your towel doesn't touch the ground when hanging in the gym or from a tree. We have a graphic in the images section, too, that shows the hang-loop placement on all sizes of towels. :)

Answer:	It depends how you intend to use it. I use the 20" X 40" version for backpacking because it's big enough to dry you off after bathing but it's the smallest lightest version offered. If I were going to use it by the pool or at the beach, I'd get the 32" X 72" version. Are you going to be backpacking and cleaning up in a mountain stream? Or are you going to be using it in hotels?

Answer:	yes... but my new design ones I bought water stays between the cup and liner and NEVER dries, VERY different than the older models, I never had issues with my other ones, not liking it and then it leaks water all day out of it but NEVER seems to dry completely - even after weeks!
Question:	Designed in usa? ok- where are they made
Answer:	It depends on how you define 'microwave safe'. It doesn't spark or explode, so in that sense it is microwave safe. However if you bring water to a boil in it, such to to make tea, the cup becomes far to hot to touch. Even the silicon sleeve is too hot to touch. Using a laser thermometer I measured the ceramic at 197 degrees F and the sleeve at 157 degrees after boiling water. That has the potential to be dangerous to the unwary user. So I would say the cup is 'sort of' microwave-safe. I have several cups that don't get hot, and I wish this was one of them. Having said that, I really like the cup, I'm just careful with it.
Question:	I have found microfiber towels to be “cringey” to the touch on dry skin. Are these like that
Answer:	Yep. I use a Keurig in the morning then take what mug to work. Sometimes during med pass I don’t get to finish till almost 11 so I reheat in microwave for about 30 seconds. I like the ceramic mugs because my coffee doesn’t scald or burn my tongue. But stays hot enough to travel to work. I actually have two of these.

Answer:	7 3/8" tall x 3 3/8" top dia. x 3" dia. base I love mine. The lid recesses into the top so your lips touch ceramic rather than plastic. The lid has a firm friction fit and the closure is easily removable for cleaning. I am using it as I write. It is pretty stable not having much of a taper but I have knocked other similar ones over chipping or breaking the rim. I will buy another one just in case. The hand grip is ample and secure. I drink coffee with a lot of milk so I microwave mine daily and have no problems with it. Like I said " I love it." Going for a refill now.
