Answer:	I don't ride, but these boots are amazing, the best boot I have ever gotten for the chores I do. I have a small hobby farm and am outside a minimum of 2 hours a day rain, or shine and even the occasional snow sometimes. I am in N GA, so warmer then Montana, but paired with a warm sock (I have Carhart socks), my feet are comfortable and warm. The boots also form fit me so in the mud, it doesn't get stuck, it holds nicely to my foot. To me, this boot is a 5+ star boot.

Answer:	I typically wear ankle socks and then I put a pair of regular crew socks over top when I wear these boot Because they are a tad big So my feet are really warm....I haven’t worn them with just one pair of regular socks...but I will say they do feel well insulated much better than my hunter boots those you have to wear thick socks with.

Answer:	As boots go they are fairly easy to get on and off. I use a boot puller to take them off , I kept ripping the heels off (over a winter) by using the toe of one foot to hold down the boot I was taking off. These are really good boots, best I have owned in 30+ years.

Answer:	The neoprene uppers are waterproof, like a dry suit. The advantage of the neoprene upper over a rubber upper is that it is lighter, cooler, more flexible and comfortable. It does a great job of keeping out water or snow, you just have to be careful not to put a tear in it.

Answer:	Mark, I am a woman who usually wears 9 1/2 so I purchased a Mens 9/Wmns 8 in Muck. So, seems the sizing is generous as I certainly am not a sz 8/Wmns. They are roomy as far as width too. I would order your size equivalent. They are comfortable barefoot all year round. You could contact Muck and ask if this doesn't 't help!

Answer:	My size 11 Arctic Ice Mid Work boots are 32.4 oz each. I highly recommend the Muck brand for wet, muddy conditions. I own a pair of Muck Chore series. I picked up the Arctic Ice boots for frigid weather. Perhaps others have had better experience but I was disappointed with respect to temperature range. Temps were in the mid 20's I was wearing moisture wicking winter socks (not cotton). Within an hour my feet were uncomfortably cold. I picked up a pair of Sorel Caribou boots. (same temp specs as Arctic Ice). Temps were in the single digits. Wearing the same base layer as before, I was working outside for a couple of hours and my feet were nice and toasty warm. More expensive but more comfortable.

Question:	Are these boots as the mossy oak style, what is the diff in them, is the mossy oak a cover over the rubber? I do a lot of hiking whats better
Answer:	I can’t imaginr hiking in these, it would not be comfortable at all. They are heavy, rubber, hopefully weather proof boots for snow and slush. They are kind of stiff, with very little give. I got them for when I have to be out in the freezing winters, shoveling, dog walking, ect., not for when I want to be outdoors for enjoyment.

Answer:	I actually bought these for my boyfriend, but he usually wears a size 10.5 US men’s, in these boots he has to get size 12 US. He originally bought the 11’s and they were hard to get on an off, but the 12’s are perfect and he only wears one pair of socks while hunting and he said his feet never get cold. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Hi Tracey...I measured them at 17.5 inches circumference at the top. They are neoprene at the top, so they do give a little.

Answer:	I've had the muck pros for years used them in Montana and North Dakota. The trick is to wear a thinner socks because your feet will sweat in the boots and then they will get cold. They have to breath and the muck boots are warm very warm and there is not any circulation for your feet to breath, you have to remember these are waterproof and fit snug on your calves, but they are excellent boots for rugged use.
