| Answer: | Yes, there is a button right in the middle of the solar panel on top of the Luci. Press it once to get a bright steady light and press is twice to have a bright flashing light. I have three of these--one for house, one for car and one that I do not even open until I need it. Of course, a new one takes an hour or so to charge. I charge all but the still packaged one by putting it on my kitchen window sill where bright light shines most of the day. |
