Answer:	The maximum stretch value is around 48 inches. To get a better TAUT tension at, say, 32 inches, undo the bungee adjustment and take it down to about 22 - 24 inches total length, then lock it in place, and bingo, stretch it out to the desired length. If it is too slack, take it down to 20 inches and try again. This really isn't rocket guys. These are so easy to use.
Question:	Is this 48 in long, or is 48 in max "stretch"? Need to secure Christmas tree (in box) which measures 66 inches around. Will this size work
Answer:	The MAX expansion is 48 inches UNSTRETCHED length. You can shorten it. It will stretch past the 48 inches, as that is NON-taunt. I know you can get MORE length by stretching, but I don't think that another 18 inches is achievable. Obviously, you can adjust it shorter, then add a second bungee, which would give you the length you need and ALSO thicker in general for better tensile strength.
Question:	I see how the bungee slides through the hook but I don't understand how to lock in place
Answer:	Once you set the desired length, you pull the excess cord back (away from the hook) to lock it in position.

Answer:	Better yet, just don't buy these. They disintegrated in like 6 weeks in outdoor use. The plastic end caps slid off the ends, the yellow started flaking and falling apart and they all around fell apart. I threw them away and bought better ones. VERY DISAPPOINTED in these. Don't waste your money. To answer your question I think they were about 5/8'-3/4" wide, but again, don't waste your money on these.

Answer:	Yes, so far. I haven't had them long enough to be able to tell if they lose elasticity over a couple of seasons. You know, being out in direct sunlight, heat and rain. If they last just half as long as the others, I'll be satisfied.
Question:	Has anyone used this style of bungee cord for a securing a pool cover? I'm trying to figure out if these would work for that purpose
Answer:	I use these to secure cargo in the trunk of my car. I don't see any reason why they couldn't be used to secure a pool cover, other than the low quantity of cords included. You may also want to double check the materials to make sure that, for example, the elastic used is not overly sensitive to the chlorine in the pool water.
Question:	Why does this have a chemical smell
Answer:	Likely due to formaldehyde or similar treatment of the fabric to keep insects and microbes from deteriorating the material while in storage. This is pretty standard fare for any product that may be in warehouse storage for a long period of time.

Answer:	The 2 largest ones are 40 inches. The next size down is 30 inches. I wanted to put a cord around the cover of an air conditioner sleeve that juts out from my in wall air conditioner. The 40 inch one wasn't long enough to go around so I linked the 40 inch and one of the 30 inch together and it works perfectly. They hold the cover securely in place. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Great cooler! I've taken it to the beach several times. It kept keeps things very cold with freezer packs. Ice is better if you like thing is it really cold-I do. The insert is awesome, and very little condensation develops between the insert and the outside. Well worth the money!

Answer:	The longs peak tent is a fast pitch tent so there is a center bracket in which all the main supports go into. The sun dome Has the supports that you thread through channels to set up. Dimensions are pretty similar ...main difference is how the supports work.

Answer:	There is a hard plastic insert that fits in the Cooler that I measure as 6 x8 .5x 11 and cannot be collapsed and the bag is about 8 x 12.5 x 9.5 and is can be collapsed. I don't remember exactly how it came packaged. I do like the bag and the hard plastic insert will probably make the cooler last. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Big top lanterns do not fit in this case.
Question:	will it fit a coleman 257A liquid fuel two mantle system? The lantern rough dimensions are 13"high x 8.5"wide
Answer:	Hi Patrick, you would need to measure the base(tank). There is a recess in the base of this case that is 6" in diameter that my lanterns snap into. Also, at the top of the case, as you can see in the picture, it has a little nipple looking thing that allows my retaining nut to glide into when stowing. These 2 features hold the lantern steady while in transport. So, if you're base is larger or smaller, look elsewhere, but if you're measurements are for the globe and shield, they won't fit either. The inside dimensions are 7.5" X 7.5" Hope this helps.
