Answer:	YES IT IS! I'm guessing others don't know how to do it but if you unclip them so it lays flat on the ground, then you can actually unscrew (by hand, no tools required) where the foot-rest connects to the main leg of the chair. Its actually quite simple.

Use the correct blade on the specific metal or you may shorten the life of the blade.

Answer:	I would not advise it, the bottle is not durable. I dropped my bottle and it busted.

Answer:	I found the chair very comfortable, plenty wide, and did not have an issue with the bars. It does "sit tall" so if you are short-legged your legs may dangle uncomfortably over the bar in the front.
