Question:	How long is the provided power cord that goes in the 12V receptacle? Can you purchase a longer one if needed
Answer:	About 90 inches to the end of the 12V plug (the plug itself is about 4 inches, so I'd subtract that from the distance the cooler can be from the receptacle). I did not look for a longer one, but I did purchase an adapter that would allow you to plug into a standard 120V outlet. The end that goes into the cooler is hardwired, so you couldn't replace it but I'll bet you could by an adapter to extend it.
Question:	Is it tall enough for milk gallons or 2 liter bottles to stand upright
Answer:	Yes 2 gallons standing and I put 4 lbs of ice just in case, but the ice did not melt

Answer:	As of 2019, I only received the 12 volt plug that goes into the cigarette lighter. I saw more people saying that they received both compared to those only receiving the 12V which comes attached to the cooler. I had to buy the 120 volt cord as I will need that to plug into my solar as my 12 volt power sources do not work.
Question:	The stated product dimensions are 24 x 17.2 x 16 inches. Is that L x W x H or H x L x W, etc.? Just want to know if it will fit in the trunk of my Camry
Answer:	It doesn't matter - you can use the cooler either standing up, like a fridge, in which case the dimensions are 24"tall x 16"wide x 17.25deep, or use it laying down, like an ice chest, in which the dimensions are 17.25"tall x 24"long x 16"wide

Answer:	This unit will keep things about 20 degrees cooler than the outside temp at best. I freeze a couple of water bottles or a freezer pack and it will keep things cold much better. Takes about 10 hrs or more before the frozen bottles melt enough to drink with the outside temp at over 90 degrees.

Answer:	That question depends totally on your battery supply. Mine runs off of 2 -12V batteries and I can leave it on for 12 hrs or more before I have to start the truck and make sure the batteries don't get past half used.

Question:	From what I see in the reviews it seems that there is a problem with the cord getting to hot and the tip of it melting.Is there a better quality cord
Answer:	I've had no issues with the cord attached to the cooler itself but I did have an issue with the Schumacher PC-6 120AC to 6A 12V DC Power Converter that I purchased for indoor use. It ran hot and in less than 6 months it died (Amazon graciously allowed me to return it and gave me a full refund). I replaced it with a Wagan 5 Amp AC to 12V DC Power Adapter. While it gets a little warm, it runs much cooler than with the Schumacher adapter. In fact, the Igloo runs quieter and appears to be more efficient with this adapter. That said I think the power source may be the root cause of the issues that others may have with overheating/melting. I run my cooler inside, all day, everyday as it serves as my office refrigerator and I've had it since last November. I love it and will buy another on the sad day planned obsolescence kicks in.
Question:	Why is the larger unit cheaper than the smaller unit
Answer:	Really don't know but I found out that the larger one keeps cooler much longer and at a lower degree.

Answer:	Working current, battery consumption is between 3.5 to 4.8 Amps according to the owner's operating manual. The current draw is 6 amps maximum at 12-volt DC. I hope this is helpful.

Answer:	this one has an adjustable clip on the back of the bag to hold it in place. We haven't had a slipping problem (once we tightened the back clip).

Answer:	It does, making it easy to pull. However, the handle doesn't lock into place with buttons. With a little pressure, you can push the handle back down. That's fine if you're pulling it behind you, but makes it almost impossible to push in front of you.

Question:	Does it have a thermostat
Answer:	No, the P65 not P75 have a thermostat. I did not like the P75 - never worked - see my review. The p65 did work great and used it on two trips. It kept ice packs that started out frozen solid frozen for days. On another trip it cooled room temp bottles of water down to nice cold ittles in a day (left plugged in to house power woth converter to precool at house before trip) Would recommend the P65 - but it does not have a thermostat.

Answer:	The Koolatron draws a full 5 amps at 12 volts. A 20 watt solar panel won't come near to providing the amperage necessary to run any refrigeration unit that I am aware of. As mentioned below, 60 watts is absolute minimum, but with haze and clouds, you would probably do best with a 100 watt panel, plus a large storage battery for dark days and nights. Koolatron has been much quieter and very satisfactory for us. Sorry! Clark

Answer:	The product page for the Twinnings tea has multiple selections for both flavor and size. One of the size options is 20 Count (Pack of 6) but another option is 20 Count which is just a single box. I was just looking at the Winter Spice flavor and noticed that the Pack of 6 for that flavor actually costs more than 6 times the cost of the single box. So it's worth checking the different options.

Answer:	I actually bought the box for my niece away at college. But, if memory serves me correctly, I believe that all of the tea bags are not individually wrapped. They come in one sealable bag.

Answer:	I disagree with Katy. Ginger has a VERY sharp, strong aromatic flavor. A little goes a long way (1 Tbsp minced is plenty to flavor a stir-fry for two people). It doesn’t really taste like anything else, but most people like it to varying degrees, so I suggest trying a little as part of a sauce with fish or vegetables, or salad dressing. I’m addicted to the stuff, and it’s really healthy. It will grab your tongue with its intensity if you have it in concentrated form, so in that way it may resemble pepper, but it has loads of flavor which is different from pepper (which mainly just provides heat.

Question:	Does this cooler fill up with rain water if left out in the rain with the top closed
Answer:	This is a problem I have with ALL low end / cost coolers. I put it in the back of my truck and after a good rain its 1/4 filled with water and needs to be washed out again. What would it take for these manufacturers to provide a halfway decent water tight seal or $2 rubber gasket so you don't get dirty water inside of your ice chest. The only solution I have found is to purchase one of the $225 - $400 models from a company name that starts with the letters Y, K, P, or maybe O and hope it doesn't get stolen.
