Answer:	My husband has oily skin. I have very dry skin. We both use this product and it works great for both of us. It's hydrating, not drying, not greasy/oily, not shiny, etc. We use it AM and PM after cleansing and before other serums.

Answer:	The item is a cooler made to keep food and drinks cold. The interior of the cooler is leak proof. However, the exterior IS NOT waterproof. So I would no, not safe for storing electronics.
