Question:	Mine still has not frozen. Will this work if the liquid isn't frozen solid
Answer:	YES it keeps my lunch perfectly chilled from 0630hrs clear til 1630hrs (that's 10 hours!). We cannot use communal fridges at work anymore thanks to CoVid and packing my lunch with this beauty keeps me from worrying if my chicken salad will go "bad" on me before I get a chance to eat it. I have been VERY happy with this purchase. If I had a insulated Yeti or Coleman I was putting these into, even not "Totally frozen" for a long road trip -- I'd feel very safe not worrying about spoilage.

Answer:	Not long enough. I bought 2 of these in preparation for Hurricane season. I tried them out and they do not last more than three hours. I put them in the cooler with a couple of the same size from Walmart. Walmart lasted longer. I was really surprised since they advertised they were long lasting.

Answer:	5lbs artic ice = 5 lb bag of actual ice. The Arctic ice is just a big ice pack though it doesn't weigh 5 pounds it's labeled 5 pounds because it's the equivalent to 5 pounds of ice The dimensions are listed but it takes up less space than actual ice but has same cold equivlent and lasts longer

Answer:	I had to put mine in a deep freezer. And then... had to move it's setting from middle of the temp range to 3/4th full bore chilling. And still didn't freeze em over a 48hr period. Moved them from the top of the freezer to the bottom... froze solid as a block of ice. Also, if you have your chest freezer in the garage in the desert heat... you could be 10° warmer than the temp setting.

Answer:	this one has an adjustable clip on the back of the bag to hold it in place. We haven't had a slipping problem (once we tightened the back clip).

Answer:	Theyre pretty much the same wheels you'll see on most colemans at the stores. I personally think they're too skinny and will sink into the sand.
Question:	Is there anyway to purchase just the detachable cart
Answer:	Have a solid blue one, seen others in stores, they are all the same, frankly the darker, the worst it would be. Black is black because it’s absorbing the entire visible spectrum, aka equals heat. White reflects all visible light back. So in theory white should be the best, especially in direct sunlight. However we hate white, It shows dirt, didn’t like red, orange, so picked blue top, blue bottom. That white with blue bottom might be good as they don’t usually insulate the tops, just air. Why is black more expensive, most likely the color demand, they sell more of them. If white/dirty looking doesn’t bother you, go with that if offered, or the white top, blue bottom. I would avoid the black.
Question:	How does the bag attach to the cart? I've seen comments on other coolers where they only attach to the handle, and the bag shifts on the cart
Answer:	I would guess 25 lbs, I could lift it and I am 70 years old.

Answer:	I don't know the measurement of your cooler. Look on the website for both. Most people put them on top. It really helps to start with cold contents and a cold cooler before you fill it. When possible I place them upright between the cooler contents.
Question:	How does this product expose you to hazardous chemicals
Answer:	It's a good product. it's biodegradable and recyclable. Perhaps the plastic shell contains something that someone has determined to potentially be hazardous. You don't eat or drink anything directly in touch with the plastic in most uses, if any uses. I'm guessing a legal disclaimer is used/required as is very common today. Check with the manufacturer for further info.
Question:	Will the xl fit in a yeti roadie
Answer:	I have a RTIC 20 (think it's a tad bigger than the Roadie) and the XL will fit but I find that 3 or 4 of the Large size works much better.

Question:	Does everyone else's lids reverse to the tray and cup holder? Mines seems to be firmly hinged to the cooler box
Answer:	The lid had cup holders built into the underside in the 1970s & 1980s. The lid hasn't been removeable since the 1990s when they moved the handle. At one time there was also a removable vented silo to keep a two litter bottle upright. (The indent in the inside floor of the cooler is for the 2 liter, it clipped into cutouts near the top inside wall.
Question:	Can I sit or stand on this
Answer:	Dunno what it's maximum "seating capacity" might be, but at ~ 150-160 lbs. I can sit on it without it feeling insecure. As for standing on it, though, I wouldn't except in a pinch, and then only very carefully, and briefly. If you keep your feet along the outer edges where the sides of the cooler would support them, I think you'd be OK for as much as, say, a full minute, but the lid is relatively thin and fits into a "frame" around the interior of the top rather than closing *over* the tops of the sides, as the lids on many other coolers do, so the lid itself isn't very well supported. I think there's a good chance anyone heavier than a fairly small child would break it (and possibly an ankle, if they didn't manage to jump off before the lids caves in) if they kept their feet toward the middle and tried to stay up on it very long...

Question:	Does cooler have a drain plug
Answer:	No, there's no drain plug, which my daughter (gift recipient) says is a bit of a disadvantage, but she said she loves the cooler anyway. Since it's small, it's not hard to tip to drain. It probably insulates better than a Playmate.

Answer:	The inside on this cooler has rounded edges and tapers to a smaller dimensions at the bottom. That said, I measured it as 14.25 inches wide, 8.25 inches deep and 13 inches in height with the lid fully closed. These are inside dimensions.
