Answer:	I just activated a Key2 LE today (March 18th, 2019) and she's working like a champ. I used a Verizon Nano SIM card from my KeyOne and went to a Verizon store. They contact Tier 2 techs from the get go. The tech had to reboot the phone a few times but ultimately the trick was activating "Advance Call Features" and "CDMA less" from his end. Messenger and Messenger+ both work fine. It took about twenty minutes. By the way, I had set the phone up prior to going to the store using WiFi.
