Answer:	The adjustable belt is big enough to easily fit a waist of 40" or more. My waist is 32" and the extra belt rolls up nicely and stays in place with the help of Velcro.

Answer:	I think it is there if you need to take off a layer. You loop it through there and bungee it so you don't lose it when you continue running.
Question:	How heavy is the belt when the water bottles are full
Answer:	Its actually pretty easy to remove, but Nathan didn't make it obvious. If you push the fabric inwards where the "Gray clip' is attached to the waist pack you'll notice two tabs with a gap in between. The gap is not easy to see, but if you continue to push the fabric material inwards towards the middle of the "Gray Clip" you can simply slide it off the tabs that are holding the"Gray Clip' in place with no need to break or cut it off. The Clip is definitely there for retail display purposes only. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I am not sure of the dimensions on the new iPhone. I have a Galaxy s9 with a case and it fits, it is snug but manageable. When the Galaxy s9 is out of the case it slips in and out no problem.

Answer:	I can't be 100% sure, but I tried my husbands 5(much smaller) in the Otter box, with plenty of room. Next I tried his 7 with a case a bit less bulky than an Otter, and it would fit, so knowing the 6 and 7 are pretty close in size, I think it will fit the 6 in an Otter. I would say if it were a Plus in an Otter, it is not going to work.

Answer:	Approximate measurements of the pouch are 7 1/2" x 3 1/2". It fit my iPhone 7 Plus with a case, and small, flat items.

Answer:	I would say, "No" this will not allow you to completely squeeze out gel you put in there. It will squeeze some out when completely full, but a half full bottle, will probably not all you to squeeze the gel out. Bottle is designed to pour out liquids. The bottle is soft, but not that soft. It retains it shape, unless you roll over it with a car tire. To squeeze out gels, you need a totally collapsible bottle container, and this is not that type of bottle.
