| Answer: | 500ML but i'd go smaller because the top 10% and nozzle peek out from the pocket. When full the 500ML can become awkward but when you've depleted it some, it's less of an issue but you'll have that on both pockets. My preference is to go with a 500 ML bottle in the back pocket and use the 2 front pockets as a food pocket. It's very customizable for what your overall purpose and strategy is. |

We removed the side pockets to create room for an Adaptive Fit straps that will form to any body type, but created a kangaroo pouch to quickly stash any necessary essentials. On the back there are 2- a big zip pocket, -and another big pocket that would fit a 1.5L bladder of you choose to use one- if not adds extra storage. PLUS there is a pocket on each SIDE... so if my math is correct we are up to 10 total pockets. This vest is awesome. Worth every penny. |

| Answer: | From those stats, I'd say you're pretty slim so I'd go with size S/M. The 2 straps go above and below your boobs, not over them, so being busty shouldn't be an issue. Plus, the straps are very elastic for comfort. I love this vest! EDIT Oh I noticed there's a size xs that also fits 32" bust. I also have 32" bust though I'm shorter than you. I have size S/M and find it to be very comfortable, so I think you can't go wrong with that. |

| Answer: | Have you slid the side plastic thingies that hold the chest straps? There are sliders along the vest's straps, slide both the bottom ones all the way down so the straps are in less of an X and they should fit under your chest. If that doesn't work, and if you wear a sports bra, running the X-shaped straps over your chest instead of under is something that I've seen several female runners do. |
