Answer:	Hi, To remove the tube from the reservoir (or to take off the bite valve), soak the end of the reservoir with the tube connection in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes. This should soften the plastic and make it easier to pull the tube off.
Question:	Do I have to buy the water bottles too or can I put water in this without them
Answer:	The tube is not insulated. But it doesn't take much to suck from the reservoir. I add ice for hot days, feels good on my back.

Answer:	Not on this model. The keys, yes. The pocket is curved and small. We have managed to stuff four Accelgel packages in and have to work at getting it zipped. We use Running Buddy pouches for our phones.

Answer:	Originally I could only find the Adventura 22 Which is what my wife has and is great. The new edition has two sizes 18 Litre and 22 Litre referring to the storage capacity. What those amount to in dimensions you would have to check the stats of each out on Camelbak's website.

Answer:	are you saying that the tube itself has a crease in it like it was folded and then pinched? Can you tell if the hose is damaged in some way (funny colors or marks)? If so I would guess that it needs replaced and that would probably require a conversation with the company directly. Otherwise you would have to insert a second tube into where the damage is to reinforce it, and I would assume that it would start to degrade and start to leak at that point. Good luck

Answer:	Yes. The bladder is removable and you could then use it as a small backpack.

Answer:	The bladder and hose/mouthpiece are all connected and can be removed from the bag. On a quick release system the hose detaches from the bladder so you can leave the hose/mouthpiece in place on the bag and remove only the bag (usually to refill).
