The only difference between the two is that the 40 AH will hold a charge a little longer than the 35 AH because the plates have a slightly larger surface area. Answer: I can not tell you if it fits a P320, I have a Jazzy elite. but the quality of these pads are not very good so would not recommend them. the vinel seems thin so they wear out fast.

Answer: I also had the same problem with my Jazzy. After thorough research, the only place I found online was Jazzy Company. I didn’t pursue. I suggest Googling for A Jazzy Sales that repairs the chair. I used Oneil Medical, Alabaster, 1-205-989-9902 until they quit servicing Powerchair. Sorry that I couldn’t provide more.
