Question:	Is this the actual helmet worn by players on the field? Also, are the seahawks and the top design stickers or are they painted on
Answer:	It's actually a beautiful helmet. It is on field quality, the logo is made from high quality decals and the chin strap is real leather. Most players wear the speed helmet on field and some still wear the older design, it depends on the player. The easiest way to tell is to look for the raised part on the top on the helmet when they do close ups, Russell Wilson wears it. It does not have the little American flag on the back, but that is added by the teams after they get it. I just ordered ones from protuffdecals.com and it looks completely authentic. It does have the authentic NFL decal on the back and the white nameplate on back reads Seattle. You can see more specs on the actual helmet like I did by going to riddell.com and typing in Seahawks, you'll find the helmet there. The seller orders it from the manufacturer directly or so he told me. Bottom line is that I am more than satisfied with it, now I just have to get to a game to get it signed.

Answer:	My guess is that the $548 Riddell helmet is made to be worn, based on the helmet design and the weight of the helmet. This one for cheaper is just a collectible helmet, not to be worn for use.
