Answer:	I didn't lose any weight with this alone, but changed my diet and lost 27 pounds. This is still my favorite home workout.
Question:	What equipment do you need
Answer:	You will need a set of light, medium and heavy dumbbells and resistance bands. A stability ball and step are sometimes used in some exercises, but those are not required and options are demonstrated for those exercises if you don't have the additional equipment. Answer:	No, u can shadow box; however, you will eventually want to get a heavy bag. The workouts are great!

Answer:	I don't remember exactly, but the CDs are around 60-75 minutes. 25-30 minutes of the 2 min rounds track and 45 minutes for the 3 minute rounds. The DVD I believe was around 1 hour maybe a bit more.
Question:	Is there a way to just buy the audio and download them to my phone, for example
Answer:	I had to burn disc to laptop then transfer to iTunes to get on my phone. I have not seen an audio downloadable version
