Answer:	It depends on how high on the body they are. I've used this to set fins that are four inches or more above the base of the rocket, but those had a pretty big angle so I was able to clamp part of the fin very high on the plastic. I use a piece of wood from the sheet the fins are cut out of as a height guide so I get them all the same. If it's really high, you might be able to turn the rocket body and find upside-down and attach them that way (too far from the bottom could be close enough to the top of the body).

Answer:	The standard center tube is the same size as A, B or C rocket engine. Sanding it for 30 minutes is much to long to make it fit. Used a used engine after you clean it out
