Answer:	I've not had any problems with handle extending fully and collapsing when needed. I've been using this bag almost daily, wheeling it by the extended handle between buildings and it has been great. It quickly collapses so I can grab the cloth handles to carry up and down stairs or to put into my car. Very easy to use.

Answer:	I've taken the Nicole Miller bag from my car to the building while it's raining, but not pouring. The bag held up just fine. It also rolled through puddles & was fine.

Answer:	It is very nicely compartmentalized. There is a large open compartment that I've used to carry multiple file folders and binders. There is a slightly narrower compartment with a strap where I've put my laptop and that compartment also has a net side pocket with velcro closure. The front flap pocket has place for phone, pens. There is also the front zip area that might be even handier for phone. I have been using this bag daily since it arrived and I like it. Wheels easily and it organizes all my materials.

Answer:	Yes, these skates proved to be true to size for my son, who is six years-old. He wears a Size 1 in shoes, and I bought him the skates in Size 2 so he wouldn't grow out of them too fast. He tells me they feel a little bigger than his shoes, but not too much bigger. I am able to lace them up tight around his feet and ankles to give him good support.

Answer:	They seem to be a little bit narrow. They fit my son's feet really great. He wears a Size 1 in regular kid shoes, but I ordered these skates for him in Size 2 so he would have room to grow and be able to skate in them for a while before needing new skates. My son is a beginner skater, and I am able to lace the skates up nice and tight around his feet and ankles, and he tells me they are very comfortable. He liked them so much better than the skate rentals and skated better once he got these on. He is able to stand up straight over the blades without them bending inward as he skates. Answer:	Hello, thank you for your interest in our Jackson Ultima skates. Sizing is not always "straight forward" as the shape of the foot affects fit as does the length. Generally speaking a Misses size 12 in our skates would fit similarly to a pair of girls shoes size 12.5/13. As mentioned wide feet, high arch, bunions etc can cause the need for larger skates to get the extra width needed for comfort. I hope this helps.
