Answer:	Absolutely. That is an advantage to keep the gun in place and tight, especially if you have accessories like a scope attached.

Answer:	My AR with scope (which sits centered in the case and puts the scope close to the handle with just over an inch of clearance above and below) is 14 inches from bottom of handle to top of scope. The scope and mounts are 3 inches high. I have a 16 inch barrel so if I needed more room I could easily slide the gun to one end and avoid the handle on the case altogether.

Answer:	We do not have the exact inside dimensions but the outside dimensions are 41.5" x 15" x 5" so it would be just slightly smaller.

How to use the bore sight?

1.Unscrew the back cap from the bore sight by turning counter clockwise

2.Stand the bore sight on a flat surface with the laser side pointing down

3.Insert batteries (+ side up) inside the rear opening

4.Carefully push down and turn the screw cap clockwise to tighten the cap (the laser is now on)

5.Place in your rifle’s chamber and close the bolt

6.To remove - open the bolt if it does not automatically extract, manually remove the unit by tilting the rifle’s barrel upward (always practicing safe firearm practices)

7.Unscrew the back and remove the batteries to turn the unit off

Answer:	This optic is designed to fit standard Russian and Bulgarian rail mounts. I am unsure whether it will fit your Romanian one without the groove. However, there is another thing to consider. Most WASRs have ribbed top covers. As such, this optic may not fit over your top cover with those ribs in the way because this optic sits almost flush with the modern Russian and Bulgarian smooth top covers to co-witness with the irons.

Answer:	It will fit your rail however if it will work properly depends on the rail itself and if it was mounted correctly. If it’s not parallel to the bore the optic will not be able to be zeroed. The only way to know is to put a optic on it and shoot it. The good news is I’ve never had an issue with any of my Romanian rifles and I’ve only read VERY few reports of rails not being straight. In short, you should be fine and it should work great for you.

When I tried to "zero in" my rifle, the laser failed me and I did better without it. Also, batteries that came with it died quickly. Besides all of the above, it was made in China and poorly packaged. If you ever consider buying a bore laser, it should match precisely the particular caliber it's made for.

Answer:	My best guess is that the scope is made in Russia and imported by a company in Texas (TPO). The markings are in Russian but the scope does have English translations of the on and off switch for the the lit reticle. Since numbers are the same in Russian and English no translation markings were placed on the windage and elevation dials. In my travels, I have come across original Russian SVD scopes and I can comfortably say that the one I bought from TPO is authentic.

Answer:	This scope will fit a side mount svd mount. If you look at the photo of the inside of the mount surface , there is a small pin about 3/16" dia. and 1/8" on the forward end. this is for a svd type side mount. If the pin is in the rear of the mount surface, it's for an Ak side mount. So, yes it will fit an svd type side mount. Just for a little for info. This particular scope is a 1000 meter scope witch is used for a 7.62x54C round with an effective range of 1000 meters + ( I can tell by the picture of the range finder) which is what the mosin magent ' But the sks and AK fires a 7.62x39 round that has an effective range of 400 meters. If your shooting 7.62x39 rounds this scope is Not the scope you want. You want the same scope but in 100 meters. The deference is the range finder and bullet drop chevrons. The 1000m. is calculated in 1000 m, each chevron represents bullet drop per 1000 meters, and the 100m is calculated in 100m the chevron is per 100 meters. You can find this info on line. It helps to decide which scope you want to buy for the size ammo your using. 7.62x54C a 1000m scope, 7.62x39 a 100m scope. Hope this helps

"Bluetooth LiNK" is not the same as the ability to download free upgrades to the 5500 model which some sellers claim in an effort to confuse you into purchasing their unit because it is so less expensive...you get what you pay for and if the price looks that good, it's most likely what I just explained above.

Answer:	14x1 LH is the standard thread pitch for AK's and their variants, but the MAK 90 does not always come with a threaded barrel. A non-threaded barrel will have ridges on the muzzle that are identical to the ridges on the barrel; these are not threads, they are machine marks. If your barrel is threaded, then this jam nut will most likely fit. BUT it is an AK so you wont know for sure until you try. Good Luck.

Answer:	Looks to be about 0.15" to 0.16" (mind you, I'm using a cheap set of calipers from Harbor Freight). I did a quick search and found a fastener chart for lock nuts, anything 5/8" or less has a standard thickness of 5/32", which in whole terms is 0.15625" - so that seems back up what my crappy calipers where showing. Hope this helps...if it's worth anything, it did the job nicely on a .308 build I did last year. Machining was good (no visible tool marks/scratches) and the finish was even.
