Answer:	I’m guessing it would but it’s made for rifle cartridges the pistol cartridge may not hang out enough to be quickly extracted.

Answer:	Not sure a relatively new cartridge, something I don't have. However this cartridge case works best with longer cartridges such as the .30-06, .308 works fine. The shorter cases may not work as well as the case will slide all the down due to vibration and you would have to pull the cartridge out by the rim.

Answer:	See my review below. This will work with one .357 speed strip if you massage the flap a bit till it snaps and then let it stretch.

Answer:	No. .380 rounds would be too short to fit properly. It is meant for revolver rounds only.

Answer:	Yes, can be worn on belt, the back of it has a loop. The loop is not very wide. I have two major sized belt styles at home, wide and thin. This pouch will take a thinner, less wide of a belt. I had to cut the loop a tad wee bit, and fit a belt in it to stretch over a week, but may let it sit a month, to stretch it. I am learning I need to buy more belts which are less wide, to fit all my holsters and shell carriers. I use mine for 38. I have not yet tested my pouch it for my 357 shells. It is really nice though.
