Answer:	There are a couple ways to do it: One, simply highlight what you wish to cut, then go into the "Edit" menu and click on "cut." The second way (which I would prefer) is to simply make a new take. Under "File" hit "new." And a new empty box for your recording will show up. Highlight what you wish to copy (leaving out the first three minutes) and drag it onto the new take. Good luck!

Here is the instruction for this:Right-click the display and choose Save Snapshot to File to save the current frame as an image file.The Save Snapshot to File dialog is displayed to allow you to choose the format and location where you want to save the file. Answer:	Luminar is a capable and very comprehensive RAW file editor but also works great on JPG, PNG, TIFF, and other files. Basically, any image file that photographers commonly use can be opened and edited with Luminar.

Answer:	Hi - great question! While we do not explicitly have a "patch tool" (which is a tool in Photoshop), when it comes to "cleaning up" images, we provide two main tools: Erase and Clone & Stamp. You can do a lot with them. Erase lets you brush over a spot or area and it will fill in with the best guess of what should be there, trying to match the tone, texture, etc. A great use case for this is removing sensor or lens dust spots from your photos. Clone & Stamp lets you select a source area and then essentially copy the pixels there to another location on your photo. Great for duplicating object within a photo and more. Both tools are powerful, easy to use and often the first step for anyone looking to clean up their images.

Answer:	Yes. But you might want to check out Audacity first. It's free.I have both this program and Audacity, and I prefer the later. The only issue with Audacity is that you must download a plugin for the MP3 format.
Question:	Will this software convert bin files to mp3 or wav
Answer:	I doubt it. As I recall, "bin" files are a special case of "exe" files. If that is the case, it can't be read in as a music file. Bin is not shown as one of the recognized input file types. The software is capable of writing out your desired formats if it knew what to do with the input file.

Answer:	It can do the "slideshows" as movie segments; then you can in/out any way you want, and define the fade periods, give them background, add your own music, etc. Just do it as a movie. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aAp9WMt8elM - better than a "slideshow".

Answer:	Dear Valery:With this Sony Movie Studio Platinum Suite 12 software, you have many choices of audio editing, for example you can extract the audio from a video, you can change the volume of a song in MP3, you can make conversions of audio from one format to another, mix, trim, add, add silence between songs, add fade at the beginning and at the end of a song, you can add special effects, among other things but I'm commenting only a few options that I've used, but still have not used most of the options that the software has naturally required patience and time to take advantage of the program, as it also has an excellent tutorial that will indicating you step by step how to do, it is really very well recommend it since I've had other editors and this is the best and all off the foregoing their specialty is the edition of video clips.
Question:	Which is better, buying the disc or the download
Answer:	It really depends on your preference. If you prefer to have the disc, then the box version is the way to go. If you prefer to have stuff right away then grab the download. (I was able to access mine minutes after purchase.)Since Amazon lists the Download as "Currently unavailable" I'd say you're stuck with the box version either way. You're Welcome.However, I recommend skipping 12 and buying Sony Movie Studio 13. SMSP 13 is sleeker, performs better and has two different modes. Answer:	There is no perceptible difference between 10 to 11. Copying or revising follows the same format as earlier additions (at least back to SF9).

Answer:	Not really. I wouldn't count on any software being able to do that. There are options, like Melodyne, that can do amazing things rebalancing audio but generally only in very controlled circumstances of the original recordings, and even then not without the potential for artifacts. A typical live recording will not really allow you to isolate one element like you'd want.
