Answer:	I just bought this yesterday. I am running the latest OS X Yosemite 10.11.2 and it works *but only if you plug in the device to the USB port AFTER launching the application*. If the device is already plugged in then it does not record any sound.

Answer:	The mixed answers here might be because of the following behavior: You have to plug the device into the usb port *AFTER* launching the application. If the device is already plugged in then it does not record any sound. However if you plug in the device after the app is running and asking you to plug it in it does record sound and works just fine. I am running OS X Yosemite 10.11.2.

Answer:	I had to work with the Corel help desk for over 10 days to get mine to work on Windows 10. The software disk that came with it was labeled Windows 7 and 8 and Copyrighted 2013 (before Windows 10 was released). The help desk eventually sent me to a link where I could download a new version of Pinnacle Studio for Dazzle which was Copyrighted 2020. Maybe I just got a box that has been sitting on the shelves for years?

Question:	Is this Mac acceptable
Answer:	NO, this is NOT compatible with MAC/Apple. It is for WINDOWS 10, 8, 7 & VISTA This software requires your device to be Pentium 4 and up and at least 1GB of RAM to be functional. The MAC version of this software is available but a mere shadow of this WINDOWS version. It is not MAC friendly whatsoever.
Question:	Can you print B5 card size
Answer:	The B5 card size is between the sizes of A4 and A5. It is 176 x 250mm or 6.9 x 9.8". On the Windows version of Hallmark Card Studio, the advanced options allow you to define a customized card size, so you should be able to do this.
Question:	Can I copyright my work or does Hallmark own all the rights
Answer:	No, hallmark owns the copyrights.
Question:	Can I print 5x7 cards with this software
Answer:	Yes.

Question:	I have several old vhs movies that i would like to convert to dvd will this allow me to do this
Answer:	I only converted my personal vhs tapes to dvd but I think that you will be able to copy old movies as well.
Question:	Does this software allow you to burn multiple short videos onto one DVD
Answer:	Yes, you first capture them on your hard drive as individual captures. Then when you use the "burn to DVD option" it will allow you to pick as many captured "mpeg" files as will fit on a standard DVD. You can also use a double layer DVD to get more onto it.
Question:	will it work with a mini dv cam
Answer:	You miniDV recorder probably had a digital output possibly with a firewire connector. Don't think this product will connect to that. If you're lucky your camcorder also had a standard video/audio cable output as well, which will work but not as high quality as the direct digital output. There are firewire adapters out there, if need be.
Question:	Copy Protected okay
Answer:	Not affected by copy protected tapes. ClearClick works by digitally recording from the output of your VCR directly and has nothing to do with the copy protection on a tape at all. I have done a few and it works perfectly.
