We got it to replace Picture Publisher which would not work on Windows 10. I do know that I have been able to play around with pictures and change, twirk and have fun with them. Answer:	This application is more suitable for art and illustration. It’s similar to Procreate on the iPad, but more extensive, and also more complicated. For comics, I agree with the recommendation to go with Clip Studio Paint, as that’s specifically what it’s been designed to do (and do very well). There are two versions. The Pro version lets you create single-page illustration and comics. It retails for around $50, though you can get it on sale periodically. I just purchased it during Black Friday for 50% off. The other version is the EX version, which allows you to do multi-page comic spreads and it retails for $219. It’s a great program, regardless of the version you go with. I highly recommend it for not only comics and manga, but for illustration and concept art, too.
