Question:	Can i import / open existing auto cad lt drawings to modify it and save back to acad format
Answer:	Yes, you will need a green screen to film your talent/presenter on. Next, you will need video editing software. We recommend: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Vegas, Premiere Elements, Davinci Resolve or any other video editing program that allows you to remove green screen in your footage and replace it with a graphic/video loop. You can then add your talent/presenter on top of our virtual set graphics.
Question:	Why is there a watermark on my prints
Answer:	The files are in MP4 format so they will work using blackmagic switchers and software as long as you have the ability to loop mp4 files in your setup.
Question:	How many computers am i allowed to have this on
Answer:	That’s a great question, if you have video editing software it is easier to use a green screen. But if you are using online meeting software like zoom, you can get away without having a green screen. However, the results are generally better if you have a green screen even if it’s just a green cloth or paint in the background.
Question:	Can it be downloaded without a disk
Answer:	Yes, each of these scenes comes with a version where the windows are green screen which allows you to remove and replace the windows and use your own background picture or video using your video/photo editor.

SMART MENUS:

DesignCAD offers smart menus that are initially presented with a shortened list of available menu commands to help reduce screen clutter. LAYERS:

• DesignCAD utilizes layers that can be independently switched on and off for users to have better visibility of the drawing. For example, if you just need to see the outline of a component, switch off other layers containing center lines, dimensions, etc.
• DesignCAD can also lock layers, so that they are visible but not editable, to prevent accidental changes to the locked layer. Some features of objects, such as color or line style, can also be controlled on a per-layer basis.

ASSOCIATIVE DIMENSIONS:

Associative dimensions will automatically update as you change the size of the object they are associated with. For example, if a radial dimension is associated with a circle, when you change the radius of the circle using the Info Box, the associated radial dimension is automatically updated to match the new radius.

2D ADOBE ILLUSTRATORWITH OPTION TO IMPORT AS UNDERLAY:

SUPPORT FOR SKETCHUP 2020:

DesignCAD now supports SketchUp 2020.

SUPPORT FOR AUTOCAD2020:

Support has been provided in DesignCAD to import or export the AutoCAD 2020 file formats (.dwg and .dxf). The users can import or export the above-mentioned formats in the latest versions. Note: The support for AutoCAD file formats was already present in DesignCAD. However, the code and relevant libraries needed to be updated to provide the support for AutoCAD 2020 Below is an image that shows a file that has been imported in DesignCAD 2020. The file format is .dwg and was designed in AutoCAD 2020 which is the latest to date.

BEST FIT LINE AND BEST FIT CIRCLE:

The new Best Fit Circle and Line tools allow the user to draw a circle that is best-fitted through 3 or more defined points, or a line through 2 or more points. Points can be extracted from a specified location or a specific object.

LINE DISTANCE TOOL:

The minimum distance between two non-parallel lines can now be calculated through the line distance tool. Previously, only the distance between two parallel lines was able to be calculated.

Question:	I know very little about computers but i am assuming it will not run on a intel(r) hd graphics
Answer:	The current version of Home Designer will run on the Intel HD 5500 graphics. This meets our minimum system requirement as of December 2020.
Question:	Can i build a garage, then submit blueprints for permits with it as diy
Answer:	Whether you can submit your DWG's or not depends on the regulating/building authority where you live. Some jurisdictions require drawings from a registered engineer or architect. Others permit submission and will issue a permit to a DIY,er depending on the nature of the project. Generally okay as long as it meets certain requirements, such as it does not have a bathroom which would impact your sewer system etc.. This program will and can produce the drawings. I find it lacking in many ways, but...you get what you pay for. It is okay for the price.
Question:	Can you download on more than 1 device
Answer:	Yes, you can install Home Designer on multiple computers, but you can only have it actively running on one of your computer at a time. There is a simple process to switch between your computers either by clicking “Help>Manage License” in the software or using your Home Designer online account. Answer:	Don't know if there's a limit, but I have installed it on my laptop and desktop, no problems.

Answer:	Yes, TurboCAD 2020 can be downloaded without a disc. However, if your internet connection is slow or spotty you may have some trouble as the file is large. I recently purchased a disk of the software for that reason.
