Answer:	I bought this product and use a Windows 10 machine. It originally gave an MCI Error, looking for driver. This is a Windows XP driver that is no longer used. The website update stated it was for updating for compatibility with Windows Vista / Windows 7. After several months, I have yet to have it operational. I am a technician by trade, so I fully understand what I'm looking at in an operating system. Is anyone else has managed to get it working on a Windows 10 Machine, please provide the steps used.
