We are not sure if they would fit the 15" Disney dolls as we do not have one here to test, but we are sure the bottom and length would be fine. Our concern would be the chest width. The standard dolls we design these sets for are hard bodied and not very big around at the chest/ bust area. This dress is made to be fitted at the top with a Velcro closure, so there is not much room to stretch. Some of the different Disney princess 15" doll options are wider at that area. Because I do not know your true level today, it is hard to judge. Part of it depends on why you're learning again. Are you planning to travel and need to start speaking again? Or are you trying to rebuild and deepen your knowledge as a personal project?If you are learning for travel, you want something audio based. There is a good review of grammar with a cranky old Frenchman called Michel Thomas Italian Advanced. You could also try the Pimsleur Level 3 lessons, available 5 at a time on Audible.If you're of a new age bent, or at least can tolerate that sort of thing, Speak Italian Magically by Antonio Libertino is available in MP3 downloads. It combines stories and visualizations mixing English and Italian, progressing to just Italian, to get you thinking in the language. If the idea of kicking off your shoes and relaxing into a comfy chair to soak up Italian sounds a bit much for you though, not a good idea.Finally, if you are trying to get your Italian back out of general interest, I would start with Italian Ultimate Review and Practice then move, for example, to a Dover bilingual reader of Calvino or modern Italian literature.
