It does suppress sound and acts as a spark arrestor, but not in the same sense as the newer, larger, baffled or non-straight through mufflers do. 1) Ensure proper fit

Prior to installing the Megaware SkegGuard visually make sure the model fits well with the skeg on your motor.

2) Skeg Preparation

Any spurs or jagged edges should be filed smooth so the SkegGuard can slide easily over the existing skeg.

3) Install SkegGuard

Using a rubber mallet, slide the SkegGuard onto the existing skeg and gently tap on it to get it started. Then drive it on with the mallet until it's fully seated.

4) Install Stainless Steel Hardware

Using the pre-drilled mounting holes on the SkegGuard as pilot holes, drill the skeg using a 1/4" drill bit.

Install the stainless steel hardware using the hex key supplied.

You should be able to pick out an appropriate CPU and GPU for around 225 total.PCs have been capable of NEXT GEN GAMING, meaning the new consoles out in 2014, meaning CURRENT GEN GAMING, since around 2009 if you wanted to spend 1000 USD. Today, you can do the same for about 500-600 USD total. Less if you're willing to game on your TV instead of a good PC monitor. Question:	Can i use this program offline where i do most of my writing, or is this one of those "cloud" programs that is useless without the internet

Answer:	Yes UEC will run on win XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8, Win 8.1, Win 10. UEC will also run on the Mac computer as long as you have a PC emulator installed on the Mac - I recommend Parallels PC emulator for the Mac.
