Question:	When it says 3 devices do i have to choose what device it will work on
Answer:	If you have a fast computer, no. My computer is 10 years old and doesn't run as fast but I don't see that my Bitdefender is an issue.
Question:	Where is my subscription i havent received anyyhing
Answer:	This is the latest version offered by Bitdefender. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with this AV program. My whole IOS had been wiped after the installation of this software. I was given the cold shoulder by Bitdefender and Amazon after proof from dynabook, who looked at and reinstalled my IOS, all with transcripts. Amazon offered 11 dollars, and after my proof, only agreed to full refund.

Answer:	Unfortunately, we no longer ship CDs with our product. We are constantly updating our software and so anything we put on a CD would be obsolete before it got into your hands anyway. You need to have a solid internet connection in order to receive software updates in order to keep McAfee up-to-date. I understand that if your internet connection is not very good, downloading will take a long time, but having a CD would not shorten that time significantly since it would need to download the latest version anyway. Question:	Currently, this item is available only to customers located in the united states. can i use it in europe clients
Answer:	You can use our software anywhere. However, there are legal issues around sending download codes to other countries. So this specific version cannot be sold outside the US. However, you can choose the activation card option (https://www.amazon.com/McAfee-AntiVirus-Plus-Device-Activation/dp/B07CCK6P4T/) to receive the product anywhere in the world. Question:	I bought the 10-device version and got the activiation code. Where do I download the software so I can install it first and go activated
Answer:	Go to https://www.mcafee.com/activate and enter the code from any device you want. It will ask you to set up an account with McAfee. You only need enter your email address and a password. It will ask if you want to enroll in Auto-renewal. This is optional and you can skip it if you choose. Then the download and installation should begin. When you want to install onto other systems, log into your account from that device and a "Download" button should be right on the opening page and you can start the download right away. You won't need your code again after using it the first time. You also have the option of sending a text or email to a device and clicking on the link to install.
