Answer:	When you are sent the key/password, you are also sent the download site address and after installing the software, you are asked to type in the code they sent. The whole process takes about ten to fifteen minutes and is very easy and user friendly. I really liked this anti-virus program, but after getting a Windows 10 update, several of my software programs and some of the Windows 10 features would not work. After resetting the OS, everything worked, but after reinstalling Kaspersky, everything went haywire again. I did this three times with like results. I don't know why it happened, but I thought I would throw that in just in case.

Answer:	I think ESD stands for Electronic Software Download, it is the Electronically Downloadable version, no CD.

Answer:	This version includes all the features of Kaspersky Internet Security. But it also has other additional features such as: Safe Kids, Secure Password Manager and Backup and file encryption.

Answer:	Yes, this product will provide virus, and malware protection along with other features like an advanced firewall, banner/add block root kit protection... Just Install, run a full system scan to create a clean foundation and the software will run quietly in the background from there monitoring your computer. It will notify you when something is blocked or can't be validated.

Answer:	AVG Internet Security covers your computer (anti-virus), web & email, hacker attacks, privacy, and payments. It also will let you do scans to find hidden malware and eliminate it.

Question:	IS THE ITEM COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS
Answer:	Since out new Windows 8 computer came with a free year of anti-virus software, we have not installed the AVG on it, but AVG on Windows 7 works great. Incidentally, I have found quite a few of my other programs are NOT compatible with Windows 8--but do not know for certain about AVG.
Question:	Is this product subject to auto renewal
Answer:	Good question! If you purchase this product directly on the AVG website, then it may be subject to auto renewal; however, if you purchase via a third party (i.e. Amazon) then auto renewal may not be possible since you haven't entered in any credit card details directly through AVG.
