Answer:	Yes it is but if you haven't purchased it yet, I wouldn't. The program crashes and freezes all the time. I purchased a brand new laptop with all the specs required for the program and then some and it still crashes. I don't even use it anymore. Luminar customer support will not help you if you purchase it through Amazon because its a digital download. Better off going with another program.

Answer:	The program takes from the image files (binary files) a binary checksum and look if have two files the same checksum. This method is the fastest and safest.
