Walnut shell cleaning medium is very effective at cleaning and polishing cases, inside and out. You can add liquid car polish to the walnut medium, which will help remove many surface blemishes and leave the brass shiny and slick, which lessens frictional forces both in the reloading press as well as the gun. Answer:	Depending on how much rust you want remove, a flap disk will do it but, 40grit ,80 grit will also leave deep scratches Mark's on metal. Try a wire wheel 4 inch or smaller dependent on the size of the material. It's just as fast and won't leave Mark's. Disks are better for removing material.

Question:	Can I spread a diamond paste on this, for final polish? (ex 50,000 grit
Answer:	This aluminum master lap plate cannot use on a regular hand grinder. it's no grit on surface, so cannot used for grinding or polishing direcly, it's heavy so it maybe too tired when hold by hand.
Question:	can I use this on a regular hand grinder
Answer:	This 6in aluminum base plate is 1/2" center hole, so if your Work Sharp 3000 plate fixing shank diameter is 1/2", it can fit, thanks for your question.
Question:	Does it work on the Work Sharp
Answer:	If you're asking for differences between T27 and T29 flap discs then the T27 's flaps are attached around the disc laying flat (0 deg. angle) making it more ideal for smooth finishing flat surfaces. The T29 's flaps lay at a +/-10 deg. angle on the disc which make it more ideal for edge work or contoured/uneven surfaces and used best when angle grinder is held between 15-25 deg. If this didn't answer your question, then disregard.

The Zirconia grains produce sharp edges and deliver a faster cut-rate than aluminum oxide sanding discs. It is manufactured for heavy stock removal and high-pressure grinding on various metals like aluminum, stainless steel, and composites. The zirconia grains covered with a grinding aid dissipate heat and prevent loading during use giving perfection to the metal sanding.

Stability and Durability

These zirconia sanding discs with a self-sharpening grinding lubricant are constructed with heavy-duty, y-weight, polyester backing which provides for the longest sanding life to the disc. The combination of the grinding aid and resin over resin bonding keeps the zirconia quick change sanding discs cool while grinding which extends the life of the disc and protects heat-sensitive alloys.

Multifunctional Disc

They can be used on flat or contoured surfaces for general grinding, dimensioning parts, metal stock removal, deburring, removing sealant corrosion, leveling, finishing castings and forgings, or blending and polishing. The disc narrow design of the disc helps it to sand even in the hard to reach places that help to give efficiency sanding to the metal.
