Answer:	Warranty is useless. 2 days before our 1 year warranty was up our ice maker stopped working. The company had us send it in and they had the unit for 2 months to fix it. They sent it back and it worked for 4 months and then completely died again. Of course customer service will not reply to us so we are out $500 and have a broken ice maker.

Answer:	Yes-from manufacturer. I could not keep my machine going even with replacement parts. It is a nice machine and makes soft ice fast but marginal in reliability.

Answer:	There is a ice level control. The ice is made when ice level drops. Ice will melt and the water goes back into the tank. The ice is not super hard as in a refrigerator. It makes ice very fast and will keep up with most normal demand. You will have to add water every other day or so depending on how much you use. The water container holds about a gallon.
Question:	Does this plug into a regular outlet
Answer:	Mine is still working just fine, with light to medium use throughout the week. When the ice maker starts it makes a soft motor sound, which is caused by its pump, and once the ice tray is filled this noise stops. Sometimes, you can also hear a louder sound, made by a cooling fan. This unit is not the most silent on the planet but mine still works. Hope this helps.
