| Answer: | There are 2 separate plugs; one for AC & one for DC. I can use either in my truck & they both worked equally well when traveling. Switched to DC when I arrived at my destination, kept the small area below freezing & the large area at 33 degrees fot 2 days without restarting the truck. Obviously draws very little power. |
