HOW IT WORKS

1. Prewash & dry your new cage liner 1-2 times to prep the fabric.

2. Lay your cage liner directly on the bottom of your pet’s cage. (It will go up the sides a bit to ensure a good fit) You don’t need to use any other kind of newspaper or disposable bedding underneath it.

3. Once a day, sweep up loose bits of hay/pellets using a dust pan & brush.

4. Once a week (for one piggy) or every 5 days (for two piggies), shake the liner into a garbage bag, wash, dry, and put back in the cage.

Question:	I have a kaytee extra large cage for 2 guinea pigs: 42x18x20 lwh . is this too big or ok since it says it shrinks
Answer:	It will be way too big. It has not shrunk at all for me and it would take a lot of heat over multiple washes to shrink the size-it’s 6 inches too long and 4 inches too wide for the Kaytee cage and any shrinking won’t be the right amount in both directions. You may need to find someone to custom make one for you for that cage.
Question:	Would this fit in a 30”Lx18”Wx16.5”H
Answer:	No, this is designed to fit a Midwest cage and measures 24" x 48". It will be too big for an 18" x 30" cage. We hope to add that size in the next few months. :)

Answer:	No I don't think a baby hedgehog would. I have a Russian hamster. So this cage was too large. I had to return it.

If your Bearded Dragon can jump then this will not work for you

Answer:	It was really small for my one guinea pig. Two would be very very cramped. I don’t recommend it.

Answer:	It gets everywhere, very shallow trays. Cleanup is a nightmare and wood is cheaper than cheap

Answer:	The bottom doesn't soak anything. It's a waterproof canvas-like material. You need to line it with something to soak up the urine. We use towels for our guinea pig. We also put a layer of fleece on top of the towels. All of that can be thrown in the washing machine. For the record, we've noticed that compared to hamsters, mice, and rats--all we've had experience with--guinea pigs have just about no smell.

Question:	What’s All come with
Answer:	At first we used disposable puppy training pads, but found that too be very costly (cage is 8 sq ft). Then I bought a stack of fleece of the appropriate size (at $1.97 a yard at Walmrt. Double layered). Every evening we replace the fleece by taking it outside, shaking it out, and putting it in a special basket. When the basket is full (about every 5-6 days), we launder the fleece.
